the mod is Ashura : Dark reign, or A:DR for short, check on youtube or ModDB, this guy just made a map for it.

2. i liked the green hill layout they used in SA2 so i gave it a go at remaking now tho i'm working on more of my own stage

you need to put the dules into the UT 2004 folders, the link i gave you should work i tested it the other day and it worked so i'm not sure if your doing it wrong or not
