@Hoppus1994 I use a ZOOM G1X Effects pedal, pretty cheap, but does the job really well once it's mastered ;)

Can't tell you all the settings I've made though, it will sound different depending on the amp you use etc

@Hoppus1994 Thanks a lot! And yeah, I play my bass through a multi effects guitar pedal with custom equalizer settings, then through Garageband on my mac with other custom settings :)
