How do you put it back in place? I never dislocated my shoulder before but in case I do I wanna know what to do.

you usually can't. you have to go to an emergency room and by the time you get there all the muscles have tensed up, so they consciously sedate you and put it back in. before you get drugs though you suffer through about 2 hours of ridiculous pain. i've done it 3 times

ive dislocated my shoulder 4 times now but each time i felt no pain, it just felt really wierd and then i pop it back in. Im pretty sure ill have some permanent damage soon

if you can't get it back in the muscles all tense up and that's when the pain starts.

i've dislocated my shoulder bout 30 times now.. got the first one in my right shoulder playing basketball and the one on my left while playing volleyball... it hurts like hell when it pops out and when it rolls back in, i cant fully rotate my arm for about 4 days.. last dislocation i got was in a boxing match.. this vid is for real.. i've already dislocated my shoulder while getting out of bed..

and I just dislocated my shoulder today. What is weird is that every time it gets harder and harder to put it back myself. Last two times I had to go to the hospital.

I'm not sure if this is a dislocation. I can slightly dislocate (I get mixed responses: hyper extention or dislocation) my shoulder blades. It doesn't hurt if you were geneticially enhanced.

I've dislocated my shoulder like 10 times....i put it back in myself, it hurts less each time. Fixed it with surgery tho

Not funny at all. I dislocated my shoulder and the pain is so unimaginable. It happened 2 months ago and my shoulder still throbs with pain. Its a terrible injury.

if my mates laughed at me wen i dislocated my shoulder i would wait until i was out of the sling then brake their arm. it hurts unbeleviably and you dont go into shock and the pain doesnt subside.

If you ever dislocated your shoulders before then you would know that this video is real. I have dislocated my shoulders 8 times this year and it sucks. Once you dislocate your shoulders it will never be the same again.

this isnt fake man. i dislocated my shoulder so many times i lost count, at least 30 times. itd go out in the middle of a game and id have to go to the sidelines, put it back in, and then getting back in the game. thats exactly what mine would do, and i could roll into it like you did to get it back. i had surgery like 9 weeks ago and it finally works again. if it does it as much as mine did you should def get it done. good luck, i feel your pain

What does he do to put it back in?

Damages the shoulder joint, Labrum, ligaments, nerve damage just to name a few!

Shoulder instability is a dangerous thing and eventually leads to disability!
