@koolkat0002 there's no specific way to draw manga. for example Arina Tanemura and Takeshi Obata. they both have unique and different style in drawing. actually there is plenty of manga labeled comics that look like western spider-man from their style. And manga means just comics, "sketched pictures". and I didn't get the comment "not a how to draw".. I think she/he just drew it, right? u may be right that (s)he skipped the sketchy circle part, but u can find a punch o' those instruction videos.
