I have it and love it! Holds bunches for it's weight, has descent features for the price and weight, fits well and is mostly very comfortable. Only one thing: the padding on the shoulder straps is not very thick and does not come down far enough. On long days, I get sore near my under arms for lack of padding.
Very few actually. It's quite difficult to make a turly waterproof pack due to all of the seams and stitching. Arc'teryx has a line of packs with 'welded' seams that are advertised as completely waterproof but they're very pricey. Due to the rarity and expense of waterproof packs, it's pretty typical practice to carry a waterproof cover for your pack.
