I noticed that you had a few ablitlites unequipped, Make sure you have these two support (Green) abilities equiped, in the english version they are called Once More and Second Chance. they leave you with 1hp after a massive attack (as seen in the vid) and when you're being attacked by an enemy combo, I have no idea what they are in Japanese, so use Kingdom Hearts Wiki to that find out. Also the kind of Heartless you were facing does require a bit of skill to finish off. Try a Magnet attack.

Why don't you try gaining a few more levels and abilities, maybe you won't die as quick, even though this not Critical Mode, the enemies can still be pretty strong on Proud Mode, and this is also Final Mix, which is suppose to be harder than the original game.

Can't really help ya there. Mines is only average. But if you keep training Sora then it will work. It always works for me and he get's more powerful. Oh, and maybe try to use more than just 10 AP's. You should use more. And boost up his defence...or you could abuse Gravity and Reflect alot. Lol.

Look, take off the champion belt, it gives you no defense, go to Radiant Garden/Hollow Bastian and buy the black headband (Forgot what it was called) or if you have a cosmic belt, equipt it. Cosmic belt has the best defense. Also, your abilities, take off the auto forms like valor and the summons. One more thing, if you have second chance or another ability similar put it because it allows you to keep 1 HP after recieving massive damage from a combo.

Dude, use Oblivion, Ultima, or even Decisive Pumpkin. They have really good status. Cosmic Arts, Cosmic Chain, Cosmic Ring, and Cosmic Belt are some really good stuff. Anyway, get some Hi-Potions or Elixirs in the shortcut menu. Also, Cure and Reflect should also be on hand. Have another question? Ask me.

I think you are under leveled. What level were you on. To do well in Halloween Town, you should be level 37-40. You could use Reflect. It helps A LOT.

I would generally feel sorry for him if he was on CM... but to get owned on Proud Mode, I can't really feel sorry. He IS level 37 by the way. My only advice is to train really hard on any enemy that you can kill without getting owned like that... I'm one of those people who say that heartless is rapist because same thing happened to me... I think you need to be more patient when fighting heartless. There ARE some heartless you can just swing away at until they're dead, but others require a different strategy.

The Toy Soldier heartless you were fighting does quite a bit of damage if you walk into its pop-gun attack. It stops on the ground and if you get near, then it shoots. What you should do is use a Magnet spell to lift it (might not work right away), then you can attack it. Only attacking when the feet show really helps.

unequip auto abilities, those don't do anything unless you're in crit hp, which never happens to me, so I save them for last and are the first thing to unequip to make room for better abilities.

level up's an obvious one.

equip better armor, and use a lot of def-ups on sora. Don't waste them on Donald or Goofy until you're high enough to survive. And DO NOT use them on other allies, that's just a waste of good items, unless it's Riku. Cuz Riku's gonna need em.

Well the level is Critical mode its a really hard level to beat. And you need second chance and second wind and full strength and defense and you'll be fine. Your level is 37 you can just level it up a little bit till lvl 41 or more and that'll do it.

Heres the prob:Harder level=More damage given AND taken. Heres what I think:

easy level: damage is divided by 3 by defense

Normal:damage is divided by 2 by defense

Hard:damage is subtracted by defense
