  • @drsweetie18

    They're not brother and sister

  • der brother n sister.... dis s so wrong!!!

  • @drsweetie18 actually they were first cousins - which wasn't uncommon at that point

  • Lovely, very lovely.

  • What music is in the video? i absolutely love it

  • can I love this??

  • @652ndkennard maybe you should actually do some research before posting comments like this!!

  • this is amazing. i love it.

  • They seemed to have experienced a genuine love few can claim to, especially in a royal marriage. Very fitting for the mood, I think.

  • Beautiful video! Great job.....

  • What is this song and what is it from? Was it the theme in Little Women?

  • love this video, especially the music adds to much to the film. Great one!

  • they seem to have been physically attracted to each other from the very start even if their childhood training kept them from showing their true emotions

  • Love your vid - can I ask which Thomas Newman song you used?

  • I THOUGHT this was by Thomas Newman...great video!

  • @TOOTERSFAN actually they weren't =/ they were cousins, but definitely not brother and sister!

  • @narnialovers I hope they were not "near" cousins...that sounds too much like an incest....sigh.I think Queen Elizabeth and her Greek Prince Philip's love story more romantic.

  • @dawncoming Albert's father and Victoria's mother were brother and sister, so they are first cousins...

  • @TOOTERSFAN I'm going to try to be nice but search up your history. Those were the Egyptians.

  • Beutifully done!

  • we all need to watch the golden globes and hope that emily blunt wins best actress but unfortunately none of the actors received Oscar nominations for 2010....love you too rupert friend!

  • @ronwelker8 it appears that sandra bullock -- very powerful in hollywood now -- won the best actress at the golden globes instead of emily blunt....

  • omg! that's too bad

  • even when sandra bullock won best actress at the Oscars this March 2010and Jeff Bridges Best Actor, no one in the newspapers is saying that they won for their particular film this past year but for "their body of work" whereas Emily Blunt was spectacular as Queen Victoria and didn't even get an Oscar nomination

  • @ronwelker8 She should have been nominated and won. She was perfect as an eighteen year old and great as a seventeen year old. FEW actresses can pull off what she did.

  • ditto.............................even to go from a 17 year old to a young widow (in her 40's?)as she did at the end of the film, she was convincing for me.

  • @ronwelker8 Ummm.. we never actually see her as a widow, the movie is called the Young Victoria and it just shows her from her late teens to her twenties!!

  • i think it is love at first sight for the two of them but they are so controlled in their emotions that they do not admit it -- with the dysfunctional families they both came from

  • Thank you for such a beautiful tribute.. Very well done.

Emily Blunt looks exactly like my precious friend, Erin, in this film!

  • what is this music, please! I've been listening to it over and over and over and over, it is so mesmerizingly lovely. I listened to samples of each of the songs on the movie soundtrack & it didn't seem like this was on there; please do share, thank you :)

  • it's "how to make an american quilt" by thomas newman ;D

  • I think the Victoria you have in mind is the old, chubby Victoria aged 70 or so...After Albert died she grieved him for 20 years and always dressed in black. I believe she did not look like that at a young age. That's what the movie is about. Young Victoria...

  • Actually it was nearer to 40 years. Albert died in 1861, Victoria in 1901. And if their love in real life was half as strong as they portray it in the movie, I can see why she mourned him like that.

  • @anjaliss her statue and portrait at Imperial college is def not as flattering.

  • i love the movie it's so good

  • what is this music?

  • it's "how to make an american quilt" by thomas newman ;D

  • @narnialovers what a hilarious name for such a piece! :D

  • Thank you for this, it's very well done.

  • This is absolutely gorgeous! Where did you get all the clips from? Do you have the whole movie? Could you please post the link? Thanks. Keep up the great work!

  • Exquisite work. Well done.

  • Rupert Friend is absolutely great as prince Albert. He deservs to be recognised for this role, wich he potrayed so well. Great actor!
