@WayneWiblin It's more about freedom. I should have the freedom to do what I'd like to my body. Should I not be allowed to eat cheeseburgers, because they're bad for my heart? All drugs should be legal. I still wouldn't do the harder ones, but they can be better controlled and having a legal market will take the profit from dangerous criminals and give it to honest business owners. Who would buy cocaine from a shady dealer in an alley, when the gas station has some at a fraction of the price?

Everything should be legal. Our laws are not stopping anything. Anybody who would want to do crack, or heroin can get it, even though we have the strictest drug laws in the world. And contrary to popular belief, this will probably be cheaper if its legalized because its so natural and easy to grow. Infact most proposals to legalize cannibas will allow a user to grow his own plants.

I have smoked it for 30 years and I really don't care for the "dysfunctional blinded puritans" that keep it illegal and are maintaining alive the black market that is giving weed to minors, and they think that they are keeping it illegal so kids will not smoke it. Pure and unadulterated stupidity.

Granted that prob. 5% of people should not smoke it, but with the other 95% that could smoke it, prob. 45% would get some sort of health improvement and the remaining 50% will love it.

Here's the catch on the long touted and mysterious "Marijuana Tax Stamp Act" of 1937:

Congress allowed the trafficking, sale and or possession of marijuana IF those who wanted to possess, traffic or sell marijuana purchased the $100.00 per oz. tax stamp which would authorize that party to do so within the legal framework of the new law regulating marijuana.

My thoughts on the laws.

Corporations uses the laws so to push out and make money for there products.

example DuPont corporation has nylon rope, if there was hemp rope was made available to the market, hemp rope would win over nylon rope.

Another monopoly controlling company that wants control of the farm land and bio fuels (corn, soybean) there genetically modified seeds, The MANSONTO corporation would has losses in the $100s of millions if hemp bio fuels was being made.
