@0047a That is not always true. It depends on the audio source file. If i upload a 720p video from a 80 kb/s bitrate audio track it won't matter what quality you select it will sound the exact same.

So in most cases it's better, but some people trick you with the video quality, making you think sth is HQ while it's actually LQ...
