1 He Identified suspect by asking a nearby stranger who he thought they might be by pointing at someone
2 he seen the pointed out assailant said, "HEY YOU!" While running full speed, slamming them through the air being launched into a concrete wall and knocked unconscious.
3. Drag Unconscious Body out and handcuff the unconscious innocent bystander so as not to endanger Career or Harmless guilty looking people walking by.

@obyndjd503 even if that was the suspect, its exactly that SUSPECT. The officer had nothing more than a statement given by a witness and had no reason to assume this guy was dangerous. It would have been better for the officer to draw his gun and make the guy lay face down than to do this. What it it was the right guy and he was armed? the officer could have gotten himself killed!

Here in the UK our police are armed only with batons and spray and are trained and expected to be professional. I guarantee a officer who attacked anyone like that would be dismissed from the force and face a lengthy prison sentence. I'd say at least half of police officers have a very dangerous personality type. They are drawn to police work because they love to do things like this. They view life like some kind of survival video game and have no regard for people except in terms of how they might get in trouble for shit like this.

Whatever ever happened to , "I need to speak to you" or "Sir, you're under arrest", rather than slamming someone into a wall with no warning. Even if this had been the correct suspect the cop's actions were complete inappropriate.

I am black and I never get messed with by the police. It's how you carry yourself. I don't give them a reason to be a suspect. My pants are on my waist and I use correct English. Don't say that police have it out for blacks just take a step back and look at yourself and think about how others look at you.
