WOW! They cannot find anyone better to give powerpoint. 4 minutes in and probably 50 umm's and uh's. Sorry Google but I could not handle anymore! She starts sentences with "UMM"
HRT or High Rising Terminal is so annoying for the rest of the world. A rising inflection at the end of a sentence normally implies a question in the English language. We're not all Californian high school girls.
do you speak english in umm? english mother fucker do u speak it? say umm again.. say it.. i double dare you mother fucker.. say umm one more god damn time!!
To comment on the service and product, I'm absolutely impressed. Not just for larger companies, but even for companies of smaller scale, cutting costs with Google managing server side is impressive.
Can I just make a comment, whoever is doing the voiceover knows her stuff, but it's distracting when there's so many "Umms" .
sorry, she sounds like a hooker. shes a typical marketing intern who got through school by opening her legs throughout , now throwing big words around she doesnt even know what they mean. umm umm, like, you know, um, but totally, um, she's better suited for trashy celebrity gossip shows than any professional endeavour. annoying bYutch !
I simply loved this webinar on Google apps for education. It was so informative. I still don't feel that confident to launch into using these tools now because I still need time to get test them. But it will come soon ... with time. Any leads to how to fast-track my learning curve to using these apps would be a plus. But it is certainly the tool for the 21st Century Education.

I don't see what many people are complaining about below: she was a pretty good presenter; might have needed a little more 'flair', but you're here to learn, not to be wowed by distracting things: the laziness of many people this day & age is depressing at times. Great job on the video, the way it was presented was clear and to the point.
I agree with AccidentallyFunny, the person narrating this seems to be knowledgeable; perhaps someone with a bit more public speaking experience could voice over the original information? I'm learning about Google Apps so I can help various non-profits utilize the free service & found it frustrating to try to listen, I actually had to turn off less than 8min in; however, I imagine for a paying business customer it might turn them off entirely as it makes a rather unprofessional impression...
The product may be good, but the presentation was not. Very long and slow to get across the minimum of information. Had to force myself to watch to the end (through an average of 2 um's per sentence) hoping there would be more detail on functionality. But alas no.
Privacy is an issue... who wants to put private information in a cloud hosted through a company's money making (90+%) is focused on advertising. Comparing this experience versus say Office 2010 or even Office 2007 Outlook is a complete joke. Looks to me like Google copied Outlook more than anything in the UI. That spreadsheet application is a joke - one could not do planning and budgeting effectively with that. Valid 1st attempt - keep trying!
How are you going to get a corporate IT executive to spent an hour listening to such a long drawn out explanation. Cut the fluff and reduce it down to the information.
Wow, this is shockingly bad. If Google thinks this will encourage real businesses to seriously look at their solutions, they would be wrong. If someone from Google wants to contact me, I'll redo this for free as a crisp, concise 10 minute demo.
Three comments: 1) um, the speaker, um, sucks. 2) Static slides for a video? It is like Google gets it, but then doesn't. Rather than these stupid webinars, why not an engaging, professional 10 minute video on these products. By this time they should have a pretty good idea of the questions and those can be incorporated directly into the video. 3) Jeannie, um, you really are a crappy um speaker
this is dissappointing. There is some really good information in these slides but it's so hard to listen to. I felt like ms. south carolina was doing this presentation "like, such as, perhaps, um, uh"
I didn't make it to 5 mins of this presenter's woffle. I felt she should have worked out what to say beforehand and then kept it short and to the point. This was too much pain!
A super useful video. My company already use Google Aps and couldn't be happier with it. I am constantly telling the companies with whom we work to make the change!
One thing - the speaker in this presentation used the word 'Umm' at least once per sentence.
Google Apps has to be my favorite email solutions. I implement it for all my clients. I personally use it too. It is a definite alternative to Exchange if you don't want the push functionality.

Like so many others have already said, "Wow" and not in a good sense of the word.
1) Could the presenter say a few more "umms"... I don't think I quite got enough of them.
2) Inflection at the end of a sentence going up usually denotes a question or a valley girl.
3) Static powerpoint presentation on YouTube is a poor use of YouTube.
Seriously???? This is the voice and presentation you want for the face of Google to show you're forward-thinking and on the cutting edge???

Redo the audio. She is giving me a very bad, um, impression of Google. Is that verbal thinking really in the script? Is she from Encino?

Slow stuttering presentation of what seems a good product. I'm amazed how bad google's own videos are.

Put a face to the voice, to make it personal, as an inset or something - rather than looking at a static, 'Power point' screen. I lasted 5 mins.
