Good man Scott. Today is Clean Monday before Ash Wednesday and the start of Lent, so from today no booze or ciggies and thanks to you an easy work out before I get to the gym in ten days time, hopefully not looking like the paunchy slack 46 year old I am. Good luck to all going for self improvement and sacrifice this Lent. Jesus saves but you have to do the ground work yourself ! Increase the Peace }¬)
hey hey! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy lost a ton of weight with it.
for those who are wondering what is the point of this video, well when people mostly use weights they basically just lift the weight without targeting the muscle they want and sometimes wondering why isnt my muscle being toned by now?well this video will help target those muscles you want to build by teaching you how to flex that specific muscle and to familiarize yourself on how it supposed to feel, so when you use weights you'll know that your doing it correctly
@L96A1oOoRape You are straining your muscles which will create the tears, like any other workout with weights, that will build muscle and judging from your name you obviously know alot about working out
Just wondering, is it best to do the whole body at once, or like strength training to isolate different muscles on different days - like Triceps and Quadriceps on one day, and back and biceps on another day etc....
What is public opinion? I would love to know. I will start this in the morning :) with a 4 minute cardio session. I will try isolating for now, but was curious as to what the best results were. XD Scott you are awesome!!!
Okay, just did one circuit of this, and it's WONDERFUL! Thank you for posting this, especially since I've just coming out of recovery from injury, and this really is a wonderful, strengthening routine.
Oh my god....I just did this. Only did a minute each exercise, maybe two or three on the first few moves....but I am beat. Dripping with sweat. THANKS!
great creativity, and effectiveness is done with effort... thx... but I guess is not a sustitute routine to regular weights... I beleive is just for "emergencies" or special ocasions when you cant go to the gym... isn't it?
Hi Scott, thank you for this workout. I am wondering how frequent should i do this workout. Daily or Once every 2 days or longer break in between? Thanks heaps.

scott i have a question i weigh 160 pounds im 5'8 and i want to be lean and cut what is the quickest way to see results ? right now everyone says im skinny why would i want to lose weight but i want to be able to take off my shirt at the beach and be cut up
I had to do this form of exercise during physical therapy when I had a neck/spine injury and couldn't lift weights or do most forms of calisthenic exercise. I actually gained 15 lbs. (130 lbs - 145 lbs.) just doing this and it burned and it was exhausting! I still do it and I still use it even though I have recovered fully, because it just had such awesome results for me and you can do it anywhere.
scott your the man but can you give me some advice, i try to log in on your site but it doesn't works so can you please give me some advice about what kinds of natural food too eat and how many 'cause i really wanne get bigger ,and i'm already drinking alot of water true the day
ps:i don't take supplements, and your the man thanks for motivating e everytime
So... This is basically doing a normal weight training workout but instead of using weights you flex as hard as you can. Not knocking it or anything, that is just what it seems from your video, might have to give it a try.
@nucleardeath07 Many people enjoy listening to music with a good beat to it when they do these flex workouts. Makes it a bit more fun and you can pace yourself with the beat :)
'so what you going to do' u sound kinda funny when u say that, and in every vid u say the same way, lol 0:50. I am british may b thats y i find kinda weird.
Holy shit, to be honest, at first I didn't think it would work...now I feel every single muscle and even some of which I didn't even know they exist...greetz from germany

@StoneageTech training with weights only stunts your growth if you start training with too heavy weights and incorrect form. I started lifting (sensibly) at 13 and I am nearly 6'3"!
@rikrodgers dude lifting weights does not stunt growth, its the asian kids who are 9 years old squating and deadlifting 3x there weight that are putting too much stress on there growth plates and bones which can cause a stunt or so i heard, either way we both could be right
@StoneageTech You get your genetics from both sides of your family you can not control how tall you will get and 2kg=4 lbs no that amount of weight won't help you you need to start at about 15-20 lbs and work your way up remember to grow you need to stress the muscle 4lbs is not enough of a stressor.
@Excelion333 Dude thanks for ur kind information :) Btw dude I guess 2kg shld do anything 2 dumbells of 2 kg If i lift both dumbells in one hand it would be 4kg :) Then id lift it And if this is not possible then tell me some other exercise that 2kg dumbell can do for me?
@StoneageTech Well to make your muscles grow you need to make the muscle fail in about 8-12 reps meaning after those reps you can't lift it again until you rest for a minute and even putting them together the weight is still to light for that, maybe over head tricep extentions if you put both together but you would probably still get into the 30-40 rep range that could help tone but not build.
@StoneageTech Toning is when you burn away fat making the shape of the muscles show better what should you do with those weights well if all you want to do is tone up then use them 3-4 sets of as many reps as you can do with each muscle group is a good place to start, when the day comes where you want to grow and get bigger then you can get bigger weights. Hope that helps.
@Excelion333 Dude you know what you're awesome :) you and Scott are the best Ok dude now I have the weights Can u give me the link of the video that how to use them because Im a begginer and what workouts should I do with them and giving a shape to those muscles! Will they make the muscles look good - shaped? :) and is 25 reps with each hand is fine? total of 50 reps then Ill take a break and do 2 more sets :) Please reply and also tell about forearms and pumping veins
@StoneageTech You can find vids all over youtube just type in any workout you want to learn just don't watch expertvillage they are not very good a lot of bad info anything more than 12 reps is good for shaping, forearm pumping veins are not so much made by exercising but by reducing your body fat that will make the veins show and sugar will pump them up a bit for a short periode good for bodybuilding shows if you go backstage just before the guys go on stage you will see everyone eating candy.
Do these exercises tear the muscle at all or is it more about pumping blood into the muscle? Would this be something good to do between lifting weights?
scott i cant log in on your site but could you please give me some stuff i could eat too get muscles, i dont wanne take any supplements so i nead some advice ,can you help me please........you rock :)
scott i don't want too take supplements but i do wanne get more muscles ,what should i eat ore drink 'cause i've been on your site butt i have a prob with login in , please help me it would be awesome.
my dad acualy showed me these about a year ago i didnt think it would work but i did it as well as the gym and it helped me when i did heavy wieghts to force the wieght up
Hey Scott, me and my friend have been working out for a while and neglected abs, we are gonna have a contest to who is first to a 6 pack, do you think the ab routine once a day would help tighten up my core?
@Cold1Forged a tip i can give you is to slim down and to only do abs once every 3- 4 days they need rest just like every musle group, do 100 situps max to bulk up ur abs but do crunched and various core exercises to sip em up xD
@jovicakluk I already have low bf, just never worked on my abs so it's a baby 4 pack right now lol, problem is I find working on abs boring as fuck (weighted exercises), so I just don't do them, this is kinda fun though, so much blood pumps through you by the end, so I'm gonna continue it.
@Cold1Forged dude, whatever routine you adopt will do that. the magnitude and speed of the results depends on how hard you work each time, how well you eat, recovery time and your perseverance. You can generally work on your abs every day, but if you're a beginner I'd give it 1-2 days rest in the beginning (assuming you "tear them apart" each time) and after a couple o'weeks start working sometimes 2 days in a row, 1 day rest, etc. ----> read on in next thread
@rabinow111 My diet is good, and I'm not a beginner, and thanks for the advice but you didn't really answer my question (minus the first thing you said lol)
@Cold1Forged continuation from previous thread - and just go on by the feeling (if your abs haven't recovered and are very (not lightly) sore - give it a bit more rest. The rest IS a crucial part of building the muscle.
Good man Scott. Today is Clean Monday before Ash Wednesday and the start of Lent, so from today no booze or ciggies and thanks to you an easy work out before I get to the gym in ten days time, hopefully not looking like the paunchy slack 46 year old I am.

Can u explain that dude

Ok i knw I cant build muscle
but I wanna tone
so dude please explain me what are you saying

What should I do with those weights?
StoneageTech 1 year ago
@StoneageTech Toning is when you burn away fat making the shape of the muscles show better what should you do with those weights well if all you want to do is tone up then use them 3-4 sets of as many reps as you can do with each muscle group is a good place to start, when the day comes where you want to grow and get bigger then you can get bigger weights. Hope that helps.

Great video :)
Do these exercises tear the muscle at all or is it more about pumping blood into the muscle? Would this be something good to do between lifting weights?

Hey Scott, me and my friend have been working out for a while and neglected abs, we are gonna have a contest to who is first to a 6 pack, do you think the ab routine once a day would help tighten up my core?
Cold1Forged 1 year ago
@Cold1Forged a tip i can give you is to slim down and to only do abs once every 3- 4 days they need rest just like every musle group, do 100 situps max to bulk up ur abs but do crunched and various core exercises to sip em up xD

@jovicakluk I already have low bf, just never worked on my abs so it's a baby 4 pack right now lol, problem is I find working on abs boring as fuck (weighted exercises), so I just don't do them, this is kinda fun though, so much blood pumps through you by the end, so I'm gonna continue it.
Cold1Forged 1 year ago

Cold1Forged 1 year ago
@Cold1Forged continuation from previous thread - and just go on by the feeling (if your abs haven't recovered and are very (not lightly) sore - give it a bit more rest. The rest IS a crucial part of building the muscle.
