  • Not to be overly critical, but that was absolutely horrible. You desperately need quality instruction.

  • There are variations and this is mine!

    You have no better form in your bottoms up video, with the camera person choking, at the end.

    I did however keep my knees inline w/ my feet and didn't reset/ change my stance.

    I have L5-S1 fuised, so I do carefully amend and modify, depending on my level of pain and range of motion for any given day.
