Not to be overly critical, but that was absolutely horrible. You desperately need quality instruction.

There are variations and this is mine!
You have no better form in your bottoms up video, with the camera person choking, at the end.
I did however keep my knees inline w/ my feet and didn't reset/ change my stance.
I have L5-S1 fuised, so I do carefully amend and modify, depending on my level of pain and range of motion for any given day.

Thats NOT a swing,. drive with the hips do not lift with the shoulder
