How To Become a Comedian : Using the Light as a Beginner Comedian

hi i want to be a stand up comedian. and i don't know if i am funny enough. I don't really know how to write my material. I have inspiration from my family but i really can't put it down on paper

@gdragon75 i'd suggest you invest in microsoft word, makes it a hell of a lot easier

@gdragon75 just have a notebook and whenever something funny pops into your head write it down. dont assume youll remember, Ive forgotten lots of funny shit I thought of before. Immediately write everything down. sometimes somethings arent funny until your in front of an audience. watch all the great comedians and most of it is all about their personalities that seem to make everything funny. dont be too fake, but create an act so to speak. a bit of a character.
