Actually, he is a boy. I am a Tokio Hotel fan... I love them, I love Bill... I think he is amazing, and I love his style, he's totally different... His make up, his clothes, everything is amazing... sometimes he may look like a girl, but nothing apart from his face, that`s something he obviously won´t change... but i think that, face to face Bill must look different, don't you think?
