It may be fresh, but it doesn't actually look to good. I don't know how they maintain the integrity of the flavor by frying everything together. And I'm always worried about the quality of the oil.

I have never eaten a fishs head before. Fins, spine, small scales - no problem for me. But a head? I do not think that eating a fishs head is disgusting, but isn't that a little hard to bite on? Or is it tender after frying?

@Thorralf83 There's meat in the head. You don't actually eat the head like biting into it. But there's parts of tender meat, like the cheekbone, eyes, etc.

I went inside that restaurant to eat a goose drumstick. They didn't have a faucet for me to was my hands afterwards. A bottled eater came handy that time.
