Sounds like they are going to a Signature FBO. Guflstream 4 & 5's need to take 400 gallons of jet-A to get the ramp fee waived. Otherwise they pay about $600 to $1000 for ramp fees if they don't take enough fuel.

@cita750 I work at a Signature FBO, I don't think it is 400, I think it is less, but I could be wrong though :-(.
