Qur'an does tell that after Jesus returns, he will reign for 40 years before dying, and Christians will accept him. During his life Gog and Magog will attack but will be defeated. To my knowledge after Jesus dies, the beast appears, and marks the people so they are clearly visible who is a believer and who is not. Their faces will be colored black or white according to their belief.
