  • @worstofwrestling You're an antagonist troll fishing for attention. Your comment gives you away, it tells me your the school dropout and your jealous of these adventurous hard working men who probably make more money then you'll ever see in your life. Go back to watching wrestling you least common denominator. have a nice day TROLL.

  • Man I don't miss working with piece of shits like these guys here. They look really really stupid and useless to everyday society... good thing they can be our common day slaves out on the rigs to make us all live easier. Thanks for failing high school idiots. Thanks alot. I'm gonna go fuck my wife now, enjoy your two weeks of unappreciated work with no pussy out on that rig.

  • @worstofwrestling Slaves that make more money than you...

  • @worstofwrestling piece of shit motherfucker if you went to school you would know that drop outs are not employed to work on oil rigs dumbass

  • @TheProgressionbmx depends on the company

  • @worstofwrestling you are moron..... !

  • @worstofwrestling if you were fucking your wife you wouldnt have time to post this same thing on every single rigging accident video. what it is that you do that is so great? work at taco bell?

  • @worstofwrestling listen here u piece of shit, i will fuckin lube ur asshole up with sum pipe dope n drill ur bitch ass while im whippin u with a rubber roughneck!

  • @worstofwrestling you must be retarded u piece of shit.

  • hope he is ok now

  • I know this guy. Lived in my home town. Saw the after affects of this accident. My husband worked for him for a short time.

  • I think that guy broke his fingger..

  • but i guess its the drillers fault..because the roughneck still putiing the chain into the pipe...without the signal of the roughneck and without looking by the driller if its done..he push the controllers up...its worst! but its one of the best experience..^^

  • team work is good...but u cant trust anyone but yourself at al times..and your the only one shud be responsible for ur own safety.... i guess it brokes his hands but in fatality it can be cut his fingers

  • it happens also to my father work as asst. driller..the crane operator cuts my dads two fingers...because of miss communication in 1998 in japan drlling company at HAKURYU V ...but fortunately his a driller ryt now bringing the best experience that he never be forget in TRANSOCEAN DEEPWATER PATHFINDER....

  • Rule number one. YOU are responsable for you fingers a toes. the operator has a hundred other things to do besides watch out for where your fingers are

  • WELDERS OFFSHORE GUIDE ON EBAY

  • @moseseseseses I heard on coast to coast last nite , that a story was going around that a ship from NK left Cuba and was headed for Venezula, but, steered off course , and headed for the Gulf. It came within s certain distance, and fired some Missles towards the rig, and it blew up. I also heard this physic, on coast to coast claim that it was NK (she is well known around the world),way before they announced the wires hitting the internet about that story.. Can anyone confirm that?

  • @moseseseseses roflmao good one.

  • Hey lads, what do prospects look like for this upcoming fall (2010) for work?

  • shit

  • @Sabachthany

    nothin for you

    useless tit

  • @overtenemy69 I bet your mother's also your sister. lol

  • looks to me as if the chain that the casing crew had, had hooked the dudes glove, has happened to me b4. and def not the drillers fault, he cant watch everything. besides the kid was lifted off the ground like 3 feet.

  • @obsean12008

The kid made a loop to take up slack, and then it cinched down on his hand.

You can see him flip it over, pull it tight, and then while still holding the line, grab it again to keep tension to the pipe, forming a loop.

    Definitely not the drillers fault.

  • Comment removed

  • lick balls queer bait

  • Watch the roughnecks face int he video....and how many bystanders are there? My guess is the driller was looking at the blocks, weight indicator, or the derrick hand (trying not to knock him out witht he blocks)! Why wasnt the roughneck yelling...."stop,stop!"....why were the others just watching...and not yelling? If it was a freyed sling....why was it not fixed prior(that snagged his glove)? Too many loose ends here....in no fucking way is this the drillers fault.

  • @purplepeopleeater77

Agreed it's not the drillers fault, if you watch carefully, you can see he forms a loop around his hand, and when the cable pulls, it cinches the loop tight.

    Stupid...

  • #1...The Driller,...can prevent many things, however, preventiing indivuals stupidity/childish acts, is impossible!

Have you ever asked a train conductor to stop his train on a dime?....or perhaps....and 18 wheeler to do a slalom course? I have been a driller for many years....there are many things you can prevent, and there are also times you have to trust the people you are working with, not to commit such acts.Being a driller, does not include babysitting. I will leave that for your mother.

  • SAFTY FIRST!!!! The Driller could have prevented this!

  • @luke12275

    Not!

The guy formed a loop around his hand with the cable, and when the cable was tightened it cinched the loop down. Entirely his fault.

  • @luke12275 .....I pity those that "have" to work with you. Are you one of those guys, that will find things that need to be fixed, then just complain, or work with it until someone else fixes it for you?

I put up with guys like that for about a day, then reward them with a holiday,....twice a year...about 6 months long each.

  • Haha! Well, I never doubted that you do. In fact, it's common to pay high amounts of money to people to do grueling, dirty, time consuming work. And that's totally fine. You missed my point. I stated that 'Oil rig' workers don't work so that we may have gas. They work for ONE REASON.....money, to pay the bills. I was simply stating that people who say "You should respect us more then others because we work to please you" is nonsense. Cheers mate!

  • There ARE a bunch of idiots that work on rigs and the problem with that is they're hiring people from the woodwork, who've no experience at all. Some which are drug addled morons who can't tell the difference between a wrench and their own dick. They're the ones who give us a bad name. I've worked around some crazy idiots since being in the oilfield and I wonder: 'how did they ever get their job?' It shows a lack of respect. The company doesn't care. Just get it done. More $ in their pocket.

  • what happened to his hand?

  • haha god u riggers dont know how to spell. lol and ur grammer sucks too. no wonder your roughneck rig pigs.

  • You misspelled the word "your" in that sentence. The correct way to spell it is "you're". And another thing... You should show more respect. We put our lives on the line so that you can put gas in your car, punk.

  • With all due respect, you don't put your life on the line so that people may have gas in their car(A dated fuel), you put your life on the line so you can pay your bills. Bottom line. I hate when people use the whole "I do this so you best respect me" thing. The reason most people do anything is simply because the world currently runs on a monetary system.

  • True. We work to pay our bills. But some of us take great pride in what we do. Think bigger.

  • I'm thinking about going into this field, and I don't know who better to ask than you. I have no experience, so you know how that goes... Also what in the world is going on in this video?

  • haha you are dumb. im not sayin "you are grammar sucks" or "you're".fucking idiot. and whatever im just hating on rigpig douchebags, not all riggers in particular.

  • "...no wonder your..." should be you're. Idiot.

  • "...no wonder your..." should be you're. Idiot.

  • lol hang on man! ah we'v all been there ay?

  • any jobs?

  • that must of suck anus

  • shoulda let go dumb fuck!

  • his hand was caught jerk off.

  • Good day Drilling Crews;

I'm Devid Mandras & I'm a Filipino. I think what you're doing now is Casing, am I right?. Any way, I'm one of you guys. I'm still applying for a Roustabout until now. I don't have an experience in Oil and Gas Industry & I don't have an experience on offshore too.

GOD Bless you guys and to your work always.

  • shit aim work in the rig in saudi arbiah

  • are jobs in the oil business dwindling?

  • Companies always need a good oil hand, but the hiring is not as aggressive as it was earlier in the year. However, most of the service companies are still hiring engineers, specialists, and roustabouts.
