The purpose of the video is for clinical purposes with other physical therapists and doctors showing same day before and after with hands on treatment.

I'm a bit confused. Were the excercises demonstrated in the videos the actual therapy? I am currently suffering from a groin and hip pains at the same time. Your reponse/feed back will be much appreciated. Thank you.
