@michelleputri1 she does play "the mother" but also understudies Nessarose.. so she played both roles that night. as for the principals falling sick there was a nasty flu that hit all the cast in Adelaide... not good.

@michelleputri1 Witch's Mother is Gretel's usual track, but she is also the understudy for Elphaba and Nessarose. She was just the understudy for Nessarose in Australia.

@blackshoes7 Hi, this was from the "Understudy" night, when the principals all fell sick.. Laura Bunting played Elphaba, Robert Jeffery played Boq, and Allyce Martins played Glinda. :)
