i cant stand asian carp.....so i made my own bowfishing setup. but i dont use a trolling motor on the makinaw here in Illinois, so i hit em' underwater. im a huge largemouth and smally angler so i have to deal with these problem fish myself.
We did pan fry a few the first night.... better eating hotdogs than these carp. We had to cut into strips along the y-bone...too much work for the little food you get.

They also have caused serious injuries to boaters, which could potentially damage economies of many resort towns if they continue to spread. One less of these fish is one less problem in the world.
