  • Seriously.

  • Prop 19 didn't pass because people decided to stop listening to these arguments and start listening to the argument of "Seriously? It's a freaking DRUG!" Perhaps someday when the populace is intelligent enough to comprehend a bill rather than let emotions take over it will be passed but for now I say it is doomed.

  • 1 people is a justin bieber Fan

  • I was never arrested with weed here in BC EVER. Thanks to the Cops who knew logic. All they ever said, was be safe and use responsibly. This will be a global change. British Columbia is waiting!

  • they shouldn't tax it that much

  • legalize it ! worldwide.

  • congress > bought and paid for by buy congress, no matter how bad the laws are

  • This will be great for the Small border towns in California. Marijuana would bring so much tourism and money to cities like South Lake Tahoe, CA and Blythe, CA (small town just off i-10 on the CA AZ border)

  • wats this song called?

  • seriously?

  • Many Gangs rely on the income generated by the sale of marijuana and most of the violence is over turf. Legalizing pot would hurt the income of gangs. Unemployment will drop because it will open up new jobs in cultivation, transportation, retail, and security. Also it will create a new market in the textile industry for hemp clothing, rope, and other things. Clothes made of hemp on average lasts 3X longer than clothes made from cotton.

  • @kyowakokunobenkai

And have an exponentially smaller impact than their cotton counterparts, which require more processing/bleaching/treating than Hemp.

  • Hello, if you support marijuana Legalization then subscribe to my channel. Also videos will soon be on the channel so sign up, it be nice to show our force.

  • I don't think it was serious. Haha jk I bet itl pass over half of Californians already support it and the vote is like 6 months away.

  • Where can u read the bill?

  • Legalize it. Seriously.

  • is this the whole song ? its great i read stuff on what you said i agree. it should be legalized totaly

  • legalize the weeed bro make weed legal and make that 12.8 billion dollars. i personally dont mind paying the $50 tax per ounce because than we can smoke in peace and enjoy it and not be so nervous about the police

  • it won't help to get it legal by making videos with ghetto-trash music. Legalize it YES, ghetto-trash lifestyle NO NO NO!

  • fuk ya legalizze that shit not just in cali all though i am here now for spring break, but everywhere! it can make this world a better place. and all of you who dont smoke should try it, it enhances life and all the other shit you are tought by your parents and by your teachers and the government is bull shit try it before you judge it

  • I like how some of you people think you should have the right to be able to force other people how to relax and destress according to your own personal view points. Are you going to next make these people go to your church and believe in your religious beliefs? What about ice cream flavors? Are you going to make sure no one ever eats bubble gun ice cream? Long live liberty! RE-legalize cannabis.

  • Thats all we need another generation of pot head bums sitting on their asses all day smoking pot.

  • but by legalising marijuana you are controlling and taxing those who use. Not increasing the number who use it, or making it 'ok' for anyone to use it.

  • @Josephandalice According to your bullshit theory, shouldn't this country have literally not functioned at all for your whole generation's life (or whichever one/lol you tard)? It doesn't matter, this is about personal choice, true freedom and liberty. I don't force you to not be an asshole, you do anyways..you shouldn't be able to make people not smoke cananbis. It just doesn't make an logical sense to tell people what to do to relax and destress, or even how to live their lives.

  • @TAXavier Its creating a whole generation of the underclass. I grew up in the 70s and 80s I saw alot of ruin lives. People who dropped out of school, people who started smoking weed end up major speed freaks. I knew a lot of people in and out of jail, etc. . Most it all started around jr high high school age. I saw alot of good people get destoryed by drugs. Almost all of them started with weed

  • @Josephandalice I know just as many people that smoked weed in high school and never touched it again. Some of them smoke it to this day. Some are lawyers, some are teachers and some are cops. How about you accept that your friends have no self control. Perhaps they actually accept their choices but you obviously dont, and want to control OUR lives by throwing us in jail for getting high responsibly like like drinking, because you knew people that couldn't. That makes a lot of sense.

  • @Josephandalice blatant lies.

  • @Josephandalice you are ignorant.

  • man fuck that clip!

    LETS GET OUR WEED!!!

  • everyone should drive around @ be stoned legally

  • @mfuji02 That's just stupid and not the point at all.

  • patriotgirl65 So is driving stoned stupid seriously.

  • @mfuji02 yeah, I am a pot smoker and it is stupid to drive around stoned. It's not the 1970's or even 80's...there are a LOT more vehicles on the road today than there were back then. I will not tell you that I have NEVER done it, but it's really not safe anymore. And of course I live in Alabama, and you never know when they are gonna set up road blocks...it could be anywhere, any time of the day or night. So it's really not cool to have that smoke wafting around in your car...

  • It's a good way to go to jail. Now I will admit, when I am on a road trip and I am on the freeway and not stopping for awhile, I might take a toke or two. But not in cities where the traffic is real heavy, and not in bad weather.

    So sue me.

If you can't be responsible with it, don't smoke it. If you can't be a responsible person with marijuana and not smoke it when you have other obligations or when you are driving between point a to point b, well, you are making the rest of us look bad.

  • @patriotgirl65 well see what happens on the roads when they Legalize it. I didn't mean to hit & kill your family & lovedones I was way too stoned to react in time It was a accident I swear Sorry.... need to get stoned some more to fix it...

  • @mfuji02 Oh get OUT!! There are way more accidents caused from drunks and people who are texting on their stupid cell phones. I have been driving both for pleasure and professionally for many many years and I have never been in an accident caused by me...one wreck caused by a drunk at 9 in the morning, and the other was a teenager with too much vehicle and too much cell phone...so don't tell me about us dangerous pot heads...give me a break.

  • We shall see pot head, your breaks comming in november's ballot stoner.

  • @mfuji02 Well, no, I live in Alabama where a person can go to jail for a seed. And theses folks don't even want legalized BINGO, let alone legalized pot.

You are hateful little person, aren't you?

You think that your way to live should be the way to live for everybody. Well, not all of us need to have the government babysit us. Unlike folks like you that want and NEED the government to control your every move because you have no sense of personal responsibility.

    Folks like you are sad.

  • xD go toak on another doobie stoner please don't drive 1 less stoner behind the wheel.

  • @mfuji02 ...um, it's "T-O-K-E", fool. You are just jealous that your stash of oxi ran out.

  • @patriotgirl65 na I'm happy I'm not a Stoner like you Bieaotch.

  • @patriotgirl65 God bless you, yo. I just read up your state laws on NORML =(

  • @joby92 Hey, you wanna have a good laugh? Just watch some of the video's on youtube about the BINGO debate going on. We just had, like, FOUR state senators arrested, two BINGO hall owners BY THE FBI OVER BINGO BRIBES. OMG I am not making this shit up.

Alabama is truly the bastion of STUPID for this country.

We really should have let the secede.

    Seriously.

  • @patriotgyrl65 damn haha. i was reading your comments, you seem mad chill. come visit NYC =) we have great buds here (expensive, though)

  • @mfuji02 you should chill with the bad vibes, yo.

  • @joby92 k :/

  • @mfuji02 sorry, didn't mean to send them your way myself lol. take care

  • @joby92 no prob I've got mixed opinions about the whole topic xD

  • @mfuji02 well, I've actually studied cannabis (all aspects - medical/health, legal, social, economic) for the past two years as a personal venture. I learned a lot about it and now I'm an activist for policy reform. if you have any questions, feel free to PM me and I'll be more than happy to answer them and teach you some more about the topic if you're interested. or, go ahead and look for The Union: The Business of Getting High (it's on youtube) - it's an entertaining, insightful documentary

  • @mfuji02 this is the first crucial step to breaking the hold of the fed government. look at how upset theyre getting over it. i wonder why...well let me tell you why. because the war on drugs is a fucking lie. the cia and fed have been making money off it for decades. its time we stop these criminal parading as officials. its not about a chemical its about stopping a stranglehold and black hole of energy. you know how many people are in jail for weed? its fucking obscene.period

  • I maintain sole ownership of my own body. What I put in my body should be up to me.

Are people criminals for changing their state of mind or wanting to catch a buzz?

It's terrorism to make it criminal for something one does to themself!

How dare you punish people for something that hurts noone!

  • The stupid scheduling was made when the Marihuana Tax Act was proven to be unconstitutional, only to keep MJ illegal.

    Weed is scheduled as:

    Schedule I.—

    (A) High potential for abuse.

    (B) No accepted medical use in treatment.

    (C) Lack of safety for use under medical supervision.

Weed does not belong in any of their numbered scheduling.

(A)High potential of use and its a safe herb, not a drug.

(B)Accepted and safe for medical use.

(C)Abuse does not lead to dependence

  • I LOVE WEED!!

    LEGALIZE MARIJUANA!!

  • If anybody could grow it " legally " who would buy it ?( for medicinal or recreational ) Don't tax those in need, to grow the seed. Tax those who stand to profit from weed ! On this stand we must be AGREED ! FREE THE WEED !

  • @MrJeffsVideos

You can grow tobacco to make your own nicotine cigarettes too.

Many different strands of cannabis exist. Many different effects exist:

CBD increases some effects of THC and decreases other effects of THC

High THC & low CBD = clear headed, energetic.

Low THC & high CBD = dull mind, stoned lazy, tired.

High THC & high CBD = head-stone, dreamlike.

THCV found in African and Asian strains increases the speed and intensity of THC.

  • 1.8 billion ? ....that's just for cannabis sales. Just think about all of the businesses that would benefit too. How many towns over 2000 people are there in this country ? Now how many towns would have a cannabis cafe ?..... all would . There are tens of thousands of budtender jobs right off the get go, glass blowers, growers, inspectors, scientists, machine operators for the hemp harvesters, people to build the machines, hemp oil refineries, clothing, paper, plywood, .....the list is 10,000 +

  • oooooooouuu yeaaa

  • Great video. Prohibition is ridiculous. Thats all I have to say.

  • Sweet Sweet Calamus, Natural healing, Joy, Peace and Love is the fruit to the spirt, and Sweet Sweet Calamus does all this, Natural herb with Seed inside itself should Be legal after all God said it was Good and Sweet, what gives a man right to argue that Sweet Sweet Calamus awesome

  • I'm not exaggerating. Watch the movie. You have to understand the cure is not from smoking it. It is basically boiled down and made into oil, then taken orally over about a three month time period. Watch the movie, it explains it better than I can.

  • good points. definately should be re-legalized, but what does black, white, or latino prison statistics have to do with the drug war? 70% of inmates are black or latino because 70% of crime is committed by blacks and latino's you fuckin idiot.

  • Partially. But yeah regardless of the reasons for that, it's irrelevant to legalization.

  • @Kmascak1

It isn't irrelevant to legalization. Whites and blacks use drugs at relatively the same rates. This video is in response to CADFY who are claiming that legalizing marijuana will have a negative impact on minority communities. We're trying to show that that the War on Drugs has an even greater negative impact and does little to help the drug problem.

  • sorry about the personal attack, i was drunk... and alcohol is the legal drug... i probably wouldnt have called you a fuckin idiot if i was high. didnt see it was in response to another video. keep fighting

  • "run from the cure" is a true story, check it out. bob marley died from cancer, BUT he lived almost a year longer than doctors thought he would because THC has cancer fighting properties. If he had smoked a more concentrated form of THC every day, such as hash, it would have completely killed his cancer and we would still be enjoying his music today.

  • @Kmascak1

No... the drug war is centered against blacks and mexicans and that's why so many are in jail. Watch "Americas drug war: the last white hope" Probably the most informing thing on the issue of race in America today.

  • @braino

just watched all 2 hours of Americas drug war: the last white hope. Yes Richard Nixon was a terrible president, yes america is very corrupt, yes the drug war is a scheme to make money off of stupid people. Not all people in prison are stupid, but all my friends who were caught with drugs several times and hauled off to prison are all very stupid people who only slow the progress of our country down. And No i still do not think the drug was is intentionally aimed at minorities

  • @Kmascak1 racist bitch just becuase there latino or black doesnt mean they dont have rights even thoe higher crime rates are among dont be an idiot and sound racist=) but i agree it should be legalized=)

  • @Kmascak1

You would be hard-pressed to prove that 70% of the crime in this country is committed by people of color... It's true, we incarcerate African American men at a rate 550% higher than South Africa did under apartheid (U.S. in 2004: ~4,400/100,000 S.A. in '93: ~800/100,000), so people of color are arrested for most of the crimes. But that has never had anything to do with who actually commits them. Not when hundreds of cases are overturned due to DNA and other evidence.

  • @Kmascak1

There are more white people arrested and in jail/prison each year in the U.S. than any minority. Actually, over 1/2 of the prison population is Caucasian, which makes me wonder why people think white people are just given a get-out-of-jail-free-card. the percentages may be higher, but that's because there are smaller populations of minorities. hence they are minorities.

  • Check out this video:

    Cannabis...can i smoke?

  • does anyone know the name of this song? because i like it... please reply if you know

  • Music: "Legalize and Tax It"

    By: Roots of Creation

  • didnt think i would see the day. for reals. we been talking about this for YEARS!!!!

  • I'm currently enrolled in Law Enforcement, and I will never arrest some one for the recreational or Mediconal use of Marijuana. I realise how bad prohibiot is and our your students will do it anyways. Marijuana isn't a bad thing. I would much rather see our population smoking Marijuana than drinking Alchohol.

  • @Vy10n1s I wish you could talk to your brothers here in Alabama...they would much rather bust us pot heads than bust the numerous meth heads and their meth labs that are soooo abundant here. After all, pot heads have jobs and houses and cars and all kinds of stuff that can be "forfeited" in a drug bust. What does a meth head have? An abandoned trailer or crappy motel room?

I know one cop like you here. Fortunately he works in my town, and is a hard case on drunks who drive.

  • @Vy10n1s We need more people like you to more cops to say enough is enough and stand up for just whats right. Greed is destroying human kind.

People just cant think beyond themselves and their loved ones.

  • @Vy10n1s hopefully your fellow pigs want see that you put this....you sound like one of the cool cops...u are not a pig

  • @Vy10n1s If we had more cops like you this world would be ok.

  • oregon this year, also. if passed by voters, legalization jan 1, 2011.

  • I think the bill said they would be selling an ounce for just $50 orso - that will NEVER pass, because you'd have an overnight quadrupling of the population!

  • It's a $50 tax per ounce, not just $50 ;-)

  • Take an hour out of your life and watch the movie "Run From The Cure" Marijuana cures cancer, Seriously

  • It can stop tumors from growing and decrease their size. Don't exaggerate because hyperboles don't help the cause.

  • A better title would have been -

    Legalize Marijuana Everywhere. Seriously.

    ;-)

  • great video! 2010 the year common sense and compassion made a comeback.

  • gotta love cali...we are gonna have to wait till November 2010 though right? pretty sure when thats when voting takes places.
