dude, not to be too much of an asshole... but you realllly need to learn some technique... it pains me to watch your octave rolling... and everything else... get them wrists higher! You look like you taught yourself or took like 2 years of piano and then continued to teach yourself. Go out and get a teacher. It makes all the difference

You need to lower your keyboard, having it raised too high is very uncomfortable and unhealthy, and also makes it harder to play, I strongly advice that you but a keyboard stand.
