How about beginning with describing the way life moves through time - genetics is mortality, cytoplasm is immortal and passed through the female line? Social and technological aspects are passed on in a non physical way - like a ghost or spirit. We are the past, the present and the future. Reincarnation into the future can only happen the way we have been incarnated in the present
amaizing, i know this too, i think about it everyday when i wake up and realize that it all matrix we live in holografic universe and we are all energys, i begin to practige telekinesis that impress me, and then i think if this is possible move objekts and bend metal whit your mind will, that mean everything in this matrix possible, you visionlize and then you materialize, it all about how you think , you make your own reallity, knowledge is infinity like the universe, we are here to create!

If you had a mind / body connection with an athletic exercise, you could have explained this connection through that relationship. I know this because I've been enlightened to the mind / body connection, through the athletic exercise of tennis.
