  • motorcitimami...You should remember in the event of an economic collaspe, your money may not be worth anything. SKILLS will become much more important than what is in your wallet. And skills could be alot of things. Knowing CPR, knowing how to grow food or herbs, knowing how to sew, plus many many other skills will become things you can trade. So sit down and make a list of skills and things you do well that you can trade to recieve goods and services that you need from others. Good Luck!

  • so what about the people that are FLAT BROKE? I live off of unemployment, which doesnt even pay all the bills....I dont have an extra $100 per month ...I dont have the ability to just up and move miles away. I have a 2 kids, one of which is my very sick daughter that just had a liver transplant and I stay right outside the city limits to be close to her doctors and hospital, ....Its very hard for me to build a community because most ppl think I'm nuts...what should I DO?

  • @motorcitymami pray, do your best and find someone in good character that can help you when the time comes

  • I will be stuck in my large town, as with most, I cant afford a retreat, though i have 8 bug locations of dis-used places, what i suggest to folks in my situation is to think about urban camouflage, dont broadcast your prepping, shop at differnt stores to hide what you are doing, ie dont buy all your long term supplies from the same place etc, appear regular, appear as weak and stupid as the rest of the sheeple, hide your prepping like you would an affair if married to lorraina bobbit.

  • If you owe the government anything, you're screwed. I'm screwed. lol

  • @86Jrod According to them we owe them trillions from the loses of the criminal banks on Wall Street.

  • Just a suggestion. Cache extra supplies in your county, state and/or region.

  • @KsAdventures Great point. I recommend storage units in your county or off the beaten path but on your way to your survival retreat. Keeping in mind that if SHTF those storage units will be busted open, however if you are well planned you can get to it before the looters. IF you are really well planned you don't have to leave your retreat for nothing. Thanks for the comment.

  • dude, you're freakin nuts! 2 years of food? what if I come down and kick your ass and take your food? how are you going to carry around 2 years of food? you got enough ammo to protect that food? you need to get off the crack pipe...haha

  • Damn you make talking look hard.

  • This video is about what I've been telling people for years. Urban living is suicide. Isolation with like-minded individuals is your best chance. Food. Guns. Ammo. And true friends...

  • @joel1923 Great point. Thanks for watching and for your comment.

  • I don't think the hourd will have a bit of gold.

  • @SidneyBou LOL. It's called Golden after the genghis Khan and his armey of barbarians. You are correct though. Thanks for the comment.

  • Good video. I just wanted to add that in my area, you can buy an acre of land for less then $1000.00. The key thing is, don't just go by what you see in the real estate listings, you have to actually stop, ask around, and talk to farmers etc. to see if they want to sell of some of their land. I know people that have bought entire farms for 50,000.00 this way. The best opportunities are the ones you find yourself.

  • @JEFFGR Just saw this comment, thanks for posting. I agree that we are in the mist of some of the greatest opportunities ever. That is why it is so important to prepare now. When the SHTF you will be calm and collective, able to capitalize.

  • You should of already been out the city by now. When things go crazy road blocks will be set up. Leave as soon as you can. Load up on ammo, water, food, alcohol, and cigarettes. The last two will be for trade.

  • grass and the smell of savory meat on the fire or in the smoke house filling the air with the tempestuous smell of food causing ravenous hunger and desperation, those outside the camp try to attempt to get some food to live, however when they try to get in the camp they are machined gun down leaving piles of bodies around the perimeter of the camp.

  • Watch this vid about the economy Fabian. watch?v=GnA1NSiBvCs

  • man i left the city years ago, i couldnt imagine houston going ape shit, i had a taste of it during rita but i hid from the cops in my town house and chilled parked my car in a gated storage security area (where i kept my gsx-r) and chilled first i went to walmart and all of the food was gone!!! and most of the water!! i ate clam chowder for a week lol!! and had plent of beer i waited two days and emerged from my house got on my bike and rode through houston, it was a ghost town.

  • @secretsquirrell13 Scary. I have heard about this before, after Rita food was gone, people raided the stores. Glad to hear you are ready. Thanks for the comment.

  • @Fabian4Liberty yeah dude there was trash all over the road and shit tumped over, broken windows and no police anywhere, i got on my bike and road through houston and it was crazy no cars, no noise, no nothing, i felt like a road warrior or something...lol, it took a week for the business to comeback online and about 3 or 4 more days for the food to be stocked back on the shelves.....it was a tripp!!!

  • @secretsquirrell13 That sounds so scary. But, just imagine how it would be if our economic system broke down. People would give up hope or anything that is restraining them from going crazy town. At least after a hurricane people can move elsewhere or pick up the pieces but if everything in society breaks down it will be H. on earth. At least in the U.S,

  • @chaineychainaman not really man, but then again there wasent hundreds of thousands of ppl trippin, but hell who knows maybe the mindset of the ppl will change and when the economy collapses they will just go buck wild on the gov't and the banks........doubt it though, yeah the fucked up thing was that after rita we moved to galveston and then 2 years later ike came and whiped out most of the island it looked like a clip out of the road i def. evaced on that one.

  • The NWO you have in mind is the Anglo NWO, in Australia we are more pressing towards the Asian NWO led by China. So far its bearing fruit, Australia has none of the economic problems that plague America, we have low unemployment, a strong currency, and growth that will last for decades. Too bad we cannot say the same for America and Europe. I guess the loons running the NWO want Asia on top and the West to collapse.

  • I did the smartest thing of all..I got the heck out of America, I live in Australia.

  • @Gabbo2010 how do you think economic collapse and NWO scheming will effect australia? and what to do about it?

  • @pleadian

The main economies of the West, mainly US/Canada, and EU are finished. The new world order is becoming Asian. I follow these trends, its mostly Asian countries and countries that do business with Asia that will survive and even thrive in this economic storm. In the last century the peoples of the so called developing world were the ones suffering. Brazil, Russia, China, and India are the future and the countries that will become the main engines of the world economy.

  • @Gabbo2010 thankyou

  • @Gabbo2010 Good move. The empire is crumbling just like Rome.

  • @Fabian4Liberty

I did it 10 years ago back when America was in much better circumstances, many of my friends back then wrote me off as paranoid. Since then the US has been mired in crisis after crisis. Australia's economy has taken off over the past decade and set to have another strong decade. I think the best thing is just to leave the US, there are a lot of good places out there. Get out of dodge while you still can leave.

  • @Gabbo2010 How do you think they will do in a collapse situation? Isn't there a left winger in power now? I heard she is passing some hardcore taxes on the mining industry. Also what about China's domination of the area?

  • @Fabian4Liberty

There won't be a collapse situation in Australia. As far as China is concerned, they are a patient people, they won't be attacking Australia, they need our resources and our food production capabilities. There is a left winger currently in power but she is for the most part useless. China won't completely dominate the area, they still have to compete with India and Japan. Still Chinese economic growth is the reason why Australia will not collapse, not for at least 40 years.

  • @Gabbo2010 Rural New Zealand is even better. Food, water, resources, not too many people and ISOLATION.

  • @clarkewi

True, but there is also Tasmania, Northern Queensland, Northern Territories, and of course Western Australia.

  • You're describing a life I can't seem to generate any enthusiasm for. I think if I could liquidate everything I have, I would exit this country immediately. I don't mind living an 1840's lifestyle, but a Mad Max world holds little appeal for me.

  • @stormcrow2525 Thanks for the comment. I am not suggesting a mad max scenario, I am saying it would be more like 1840's. I do however think certain coutries will be a safer haven then America if a collapse does occur like I believe. Your right, this is not appealing but it may be reality.

  • @Fabian4Liberty i agree with the principal and hope to find a good community soon, but i found this map that shows very few places in the country that are outside the 300 mile range of cities above population 100,000... youtube wont let me post the link from modernsurvivalblog but virtually no places east of the missisipi are outside of the distance you are describing.. what to do??

  • @likelivingstones I know, I have seen a similar map. I would suggest a very remote area that is far from main highways or freeways. A place that you can secure easily. Thanks for your question.

  • If you plant a wild rose bush on your retreat the rose hips can supply you with Vit C.

This is what people did in WW2. Think there are a few varieties that are more potent then others, best to research it.

  • Me and my brother have been preparing for 2 years on 10 acres. This is mostly a farming community outside of Tucson. We are about 45 minutes from the city. I am hoping that when they get here there won't be a "golden hoard". It's not a tank and a half of gas away but they do have to cross desert to get here if they are on foot. I don't think they will have the gas to get here. If they don't have food most won't have gas either.

  • @jimmy40290 Good job. That is very logical to get a place that they won't have the gas to get there. I can see that I am not the only person that is thinking of this stuff. When 911 happened, it started me thinking about getting prepared. Of course others thought it was stupid at the time. Now, look where we are at. The edge of a cliff waitng for the final push. I really think a collapse is going to happen, people.

  • @jimmy40290 Could be. You should work on some defensive measures now. Perhaps a separate shed for security that cannot be seen from the road. You could run security watches from this hidden shed 24 - 7 if needed. It would also allow you the element of surprise if the house was rushed by the Golden Horde. You could pick them off from the hidden location. Just a thought.

  • Single moms with kids, I guess are sunk in this scenario. How in the world do you find people u can trust, who you can move to a retreat with far away from a city where you can still earn a living. Any ideas in Okla? I can cook, garden, help with kids and animals, cut hair... how do we find each other?

  • Totally agree, you can tell which types of people aren't going to make it when their best advice is to 'stay in the cities, it will be much better then living in the countryside after collapse'...Yeah good luck with that morons.

  • @mookixox Agreed. Living in the city will be almost impossible unless you have a small army running security 24 -7 and even then if your discovered its over. Thanks for the comment.

  • And if we can't afford to buy something, we do what????

  • @SuperScreamingEagle You can look for friends or family that can help either buy a retreat for the family or maybe they already own a place in a small town and they need someone to help them plant a garden, create an area for livestock. You can also join survival groups, some already have an area that you can buy into for very inexpensive. I would ask yourself "how can I afford it" instead of "I can't afford it" Thanks for the question brother.

  • Fabian: Thanks for this important info. I really appreciate the time you took to research this and pass this info on. I have been discussing preparation with my family, God is giving us prep time I believe. I will pass this vid on to as many as I can. Yes, I do believe that land will increase in value due to many that are planning on getting out of the coming jungle. I have seen vids on surviving in the city, but it doesn't seem feesible for families.
