Roaches are hard to get away from in Parkdale apartments, best (cleanest) place I was at was 120 Jameson. Always clean but the management sucked. No head office phone number. Plus getting out of the underground after a snowfall was near impossible. Otherwise clean. (but this was 4 years ago, not sure how it is now)

HOLY SHIT! i lived there for 5 years, apt. 504. we had on and off roach problems but the last year was the worst. we lived next to a hoarder and her roaches spread over to our apt. it was baaaad!

These days i roaches don't even bug me, ive lived in vegas and you can't avoid them here. they're bigger too. my bf. empties a can of roach killer every time he finds one... but i think that the spray is probably worse for us than the bugs.

omg! well they really SHOULD pay to relocate..and here I was thinking of moving to Seeley Drive..(also owned by Briar Lane) nooo thanks..cant believe how much ur place looks like mine..stay way from 2440 keele st too!!!!!!!

you should of called your local health department and they would of made your landlord pay to relocate you

The city of Toronto has decided that I'm trying to "use" them to get money back and therefore won't help me. I thought they were there to help...guess not.
