I Have just seen one episode in the UK.....with subtitles and certainly hope we get to see more..........how long has this series been going? anyone?...thanks( jim)

The series has been going for 12 years now , but with inly 18 episodes . Tonight in Italy the first of four new episodes has been broadcasted ... YUPPY !!!

Aha! So that's why we've been getting Montalbano up here in Svezia! Perhaps it explains Isabell Sollmans casting as well. It's sad that there are no more episodes to show, every summer for the last 10 years have been vacation, sunshine and italian murders, summer of 2010 won't be the same without Salvo.

We want more Montalbano!

Montalbano is shown here with subtitles only. No dubbing as far as I can remember.
