This is buss up shut or (parata roti) Roti has split peas and gera in it . There is a difference and its called dalpuri roti. Could someone put up a video with Dalpuri Roti please.

I like the way your mom cut the roti with she finger (my mom cut it w/she finger too) & flip it & wrap it. That was bad ass. I got to show my mom this so she can cook she oil roti like that!

hmmm.... this is bust up shut right not dalpuri. i'm a trini so to me roti is dalpuri. all others are either paratha (ie bus-up-shut0 or sada. :-)
