Yoga for me kept popping in and out of my life, I heard it in conversations, casual references in documentaries, found out some of my friends do it and then your channel! I think subconsciously my being was begging for yoga since it was always "mystically" popping up everywhere. Thanks to you I now do quite a bit of yoga and am so glad! Nothing relaxed me as yoga does, I feel it is most beneficial for my mind, which is most important to me :)
@CharlieTorture What I do is first do these things with a video a few times, then I record the audio, pop it in my ipod and just listen and stretch. Though I recorded a 20 minute routine, 3 minutes shouldn't take too long to remember.

tonight I'm at my dad's house. My almost-sort-of-stepbrother-type-figure is in the other room and has fallen asleep with the tv up pretty loud with that annoying canned laughter going and my pillows (down) keep getting...unfluffy? I need sleeeeeppppppppp! And this helps, as well as closing my door. Thanks. =)

But I've learned about this 3rd type of sleeper, 1 who is naturally up n the middle of the night. The wakeful part of Ur sleep is called the "Watch." Think 2 urself, "does this run n my family?" It does n mine. It's n my DNA 4 sure! Also I just read n the NYtimes that 2 much B-vitamins can disrupt ur sleep. So take ur B-vits in the morning! &g'night {;-)

Sweet smile there on the end. I'm so embarrased. All summer I've reversed the wake up yoga and used it as bedtime yoga. No wonder I've had a hard time falling to sleep.
ill try this one tonight, hopefully i can get relaxed and fall asleep... i think i may have mild insomnia.. :( it's almost like i can't get tired and if i try to make myself go to sleep, end up restless from tossing and turning. it's horrible :(
in fact these poses before sleeping really do feel great, but i dont know why I slept a lot less...i can sleep at midnight and wake at five in the morning and feel wide awake.
