At 1:17 it is possible to drop power ups like OV. Apparently the guy that died knew how to do it and decided to have some fun scaring BKs. With a regen/bubble shield/power drainer/etc, it's possible to exchange the equipment and "carry" the powerup. You can't use the powerup until you die or switch it out for something else though..which sucks.
