  • yeah this is coming form the ching-chang-chong lady

  • i didnt think the commercial was funny but not for homophobic reasons it just didnt make me laugh and i guess that was mars intent not to attack anyone or single anyone out.

  • im still waiting for hasselbeck to ask one of her co-host to help pull that FOX dildo out of her ass...

  • Rosie cracks at 2.35

  • not just about sexuality its anbout gender expressing affection towards eachother deserves violence inflicted on oneself or against another man (didnt say it cant be funny)

  • I'm bisexual and I thought it was funny haha

  • there's a bit of irony in the idea that ripping hair out of yourself is 'manly'. who normally does that? women!

  • If you look at it..it's actually criticising heterosexuality...Joy is right at 2:16. I'm gay, and this ad is not homophobic at all. It IS hard not to feel sensitive about things like this but we can't overreact either. The GLBTQ community is too sensitive sometimes.

  • Whoopi would have laughed at that

  • "I just buy Snickers cuz it tastes good." Hasselback is such a guilty pleasure. I can't stand her worldview, but I love her personality.

  • Rowzz gay police dont give her a buton

  • I am gay and I don't see anything wrong about this ad. I thought it was funny.

  • @caillou2000 same here.

  • I miss Rosie on the View. Get rid of Elisabeth and bring her back!!!! Wa hahahahahah!!!!

Seriously, i see nothing wrong with the commercial at all.

    Puleeeze....

  • This was prior to joy having her mini face lift. it's obvious!

  • Yes indeed. Joy, like the rest of us, is aging. How dare she!!! (sarcasm definitely implied!).

  • lol he tivo'd "who wants to be a millionaire"

  • Why does Elisabeth, have to make every isue to complicated? She alwasy has to go oppisit of what someone else says. I mean did she really think that when she saw a commercial? Who thinks like that, lol.

  • @catawba909

    you nailed it.

  • it may have been a joke, but if Popeyes made a commercial in which two black guys eatin chicken, than it would be racist. this commercial does have a homophobic undertone and it isnt right to make fun of peoples believes or backgrounds.

  • I agree with what Rosie said, but I didn't find it that offensive. I'm more in line with Elisabeth's train of thought.... I thought it was just a comic thing, and guys feeling a need to be more masculine because they kissed. I didn't see any inference that guys kissing is unmasculine (so to speak), but the inference can be made. I love Joy's "I'll be the gay police" line. ha

  • This is nuts it is just a joke.

  • im gay i thought it was funny

when are people going to be able to laugh at themselves

living a life of PC correctness is rather boreing

  • I couldn't agree more. I'm gay as well and thought the comercial was really funny. I really don't think someone is going to go gay bash after seeing the comercial.

  • agreed

to me, it was a pure comic thing

The fact that Rosie said all that stuff about it before we saw it influences our reaction to it.

  • The was about homophobes and alternate ending are a marketing strategy.

  • LOL

  • Too bad they pulled that, it was hilarious! Sometimes I think homo's are more phobic to straights thinking ill of them then straights being phobic of homo's

  • I liked how the commercial seemed to make fun of homophobic 'manly' men.

  • To me, it was drawing on the straighties and their issues, rather than homosexuals.

  • I'd suport full body waxing as punisment in jails.

"So you like hairless little boy parts eh? How'd like some smooth balls of your own? Zelda!"

  • HAHA!

  • Of course the ad is offensive. That a gay man is not really a man. Can't be manly. Christ, America, have you learned nothing? Look at your all American guy Rock Hudson. Gees.

  • Rosie talks a big talk about everyone else, but when she is offended, about her gayness she plays the victim.

  • Who is that woman in the checked dress? I'll wager that she's a Republican.

  • Not sure if you're kidding or not, but she is indeed a Republican. She is Elisabeth Hasselbeck and she is the one that Rosie ended up fighting with during her last day on the show.

  • No, I'm not kidding. I don't have a television. I was looking at advertisements here on Youtube, and saw this. The Hasselbeck woman is a transparent thinker, that's all.

  • Transparent thinker... do you mean that as a compliment? LOL... Thanks for posting.

  • Yea, she is not a smart cookie
