  • is the self really perfect and if it is perfect, then does perfect feel good or is self satisfied...nothingness can sound so extreme to me at times...

  • Who is the one who observes? the one who observes is the (SO CALLED mind) mind observing itself. But who is the one who knows this? The mind. But what is that stillness in the background thats always there? The still mind. But who is the one who experiences the still mind? The mind. But who is the mind? The mind. etc.etc.etc. infinity - The mind. But but but but but - the mind. But who is the witness the pure sense of presence I am? The mind. This is getting boring the end.-The mind.

  • Is the awareness just happening and we believe ourselves to be more than the awareness?

  • Awareness is not happening at all! Awareness just is. And even that is inaccurate, because "is" is in duality also, but Awareness is outside of duality. Of course, with the word Awareness we try to give a hint at something that is outside the grasp of mind, the mind being the instrument by which we know things. To know anything requires duality.

  • And duality is witnessed from the non-dual. And when this is so, we are home in the non-dual truth. Believe in the arising of concepts as the only reality produces the illusion by which we seemingly forget the power that sustains the concepts.

  • thank you!

  • Kabbalah teaches that man's nature is egoistic. When you look at the world it seems that the problem is ourselves. Christianity says all have sinned. If man's true nature is awareness, truth, love, wisdom, intelligence etc, then why can't this true nature be more powerful than the external suffering and pain. I am talking physical. Jesus rose from the dead and raised Lazarus; He healed the sick. He calmed the sea and walked on water. We can do none of these things why ?

  • LOL..funny! :) Truth be told.. :) actually...i am not interested in understanding anything, neither do I have any ideas of who and what I might be or not be. I listen to Moji's words because it is a DELIGHT to do so and because the questioning seekers are only seekers because there are questions. If that's not a Delight, then I don't know what is :)

LOL...hugs and Bliss to you all! :)

  • ok :)....if that is what I am and everything else arises out of THAT...then I am a nothing rising from nothing and nothing is real - including love. ;) it's all a 'dream'. self-created wonderland ;). moments of 'dream-awakening' where 'dream particapants' run into each other having dream divorces, dream dramas and dream love stories.

Someone named it "Divine Comedy" I think it was Dante.. :)

    Funny! :) Hugs!

  • All you said is indeed correct, and at the same time also illusory, because the idea of yourself is interested in understanding this mystery and uses these words to satisfy itself. The Self who you are does not mind the play and needs no definition. Do you know this? Because the knowledge of the arising play of Consciousness being illusory does not produce any bitterness. All is perfect in the Self and a human birth's potential is to realize the source of all of existence, the Self. Love, zenji

  • @ulispointofview That was beautiful =')

  • You also perceive curiosity. Curiosity is observed inside the "I Am" and is therefore after "I Am." By "I Am" we point to that inner conviction that you exist. But it also comes and goes. In deep sleep there is no "I Am." Yet, something is still there. What it is? This is what "prior to 'I Am'" is pointing to and you can find this out intuitively and realize that this substratum does not come and go. You are That ever-present, undefinable Nothingness, Stillness, Silence.

  • @Moojiji There is only one I AM. That is YAHWEH Himself. The ONLY ONE Who can Legitimately say this of Himself is the ETERNALLY SELF EXISTANT ONE, the LORD JESUS CHRIST, and That is NOT YOU and NOT ME! This is not negotiable. He is our ONLY Savior, and ONLY by HIS BLOOD can we be saved from eternal Hellfire. I love you and tell you this in love! :)

  • @NanitesQuark You have been taught that you are not a part of God himself. God sees the world through you with absolute compassion. Is there some imaginary line where God ends and you begin? You believe that people can only GO to heaven, instead of BE in heaven now. THIS IS IT. No God that would send his own creation to hell forever is worth worshipping. There is no shame in being one with god.

It's funny to hear you, being a part of God, talk about God as if he's somewhere else.

  • Prior to I AM has to be the curiousity of Who am I. Curiousity is fueled by not knowing.kind of difficult to talk without reference to the 'I'. "Being in awareness", floating in awareness... what does it matter? :) If there is only one Self - enjoy it. If there is No-Self - enjoy it. If there are many selves - enjoy them. If there is only one observer observing - wave to it:) If all is One - then nothing can disappear because it doesn't exist to begin with. Who am I? It depends on who you ask
