So based off those rules how she appears is black and thus she is. There are plenty of people with more of one type of ethnic background than another however society says if you LOOK like this than you are. Hell latino's in general are often such a mixture that even the ones called "white" hardly are.

I was responding to someone who was trying to say she is biracial when she is fact not biracial she is mainly European but just happens to look black. There are whites in Brazil and in the U.S who are mainly African but look white and they are white because they look white.

Geneticists state as Europeans or white people we are the result of admixture or mixing between Africans and Asians so we are a mixed race people but we call ourselves white because of our appearance. Racial identity is purely visual, thats a great way of putting it, race is about what you see not what you dont see.

In Brazil race was determined by the colour of the skin and by socialeconomic status
A biracial is someone who has two parents from different races regardless of the colour of there skin
