@wolf11971 Actually you are slightly Off. Chinese is very easy to learn to speak, with the most difficult part being the tones... due to the fact it has very very basic grammar. It is only the writing that is difficult to learn. Latin based languages tend to have very very strict rules of grammar. Also, Korean and japanese are both completely separate from Chinese (they derive from mongolian/turkish) and only share certain nouns with chinese.
