The 3g is not about the same power as a 4g stock vs stock and while I like the looks of both cars a lot, I think the 4g looks a little better, closer look the the 2g eclipse.

its kinda hard for people to think about but the 3g is just about the same power as the 4g. the 4g probably gets from 0-60 faster than 7s but hey the 3g looks alot better

You're incorrect. Not only does the 4G make a boat load more power, but its over half a second faster in the quarter. Besides...I don't think the 3G looks better...but I'm biased.

@Suprsaiyjinbroli with 65 more hp and the MIVEC torque band it should move move a lot quicker then .5 seconds over the humble 00 GT which runs 14.9 with a good driver. The GTS with the manifold and compression bump made 14.6-14.8 depending as well. IMO, the 4g should be in the low 14's. However with a complete intake and exhaust setup with a tune the thing hits 13's no problem.

The 4G GT is in the low 14s...

The 00 GT is rated at 15.1...the 06 + GT is rated at 14.3

@Suprsaiyjinbroli and my 04 GTS is rated at 14.6.. who cares, the 4g is .5 a second faster in the quarter, its a newer/better car. everyone argues over a god damn half a second! like you would even notice that if you were sitting in the car accelerating. if i had the money to buy a 4g i would have gotten a mazdaspeed3..but i'm a broke college student. so yeah. everyone relax. 3g/4g whatever, they are both nice cars.

@SilverXTune Bone stock with a DA correction for my track, I ran high 13s... Auto's are probably faster in the quarter too, seeing as I have to run mine with now launch or it will spin first and second... plus, I'm probably not the best driver.
