  • Till seeing this video I thought he was black

  • He'd have loved SeasickSteve!! R.I.P.

  • duster is one of the greatest white boy blues men ever !!!!!

  • Thank you so much for posting this. I saw DB at Farnham castle in 1968/9 with Jo Ann kelly and Gordon Smith and in 1974 at Farnborough Tech. i also didn't know any video existed.

  • Oh, wow! A great live clip of DB -I was beginning to think there was no footage in existence. Wonderful memories of him at the Gin Mill, Godalming and also in support of Fleetwood Mac at the Albert Hall. Thank you for posting this, britbluesfan, you've made my day...!

  • That was great!

  • does anyone have a recording of Duster doin Summertime? i used to have it on cassette, and it is the best version of summertime i have ever heard...to cry for

  • WOW!! My Babe off Duster... LIVE!! WITH FOOTAGE!!! WOOOSHHHHH!!

  • Well done! I first saw Duster at the Richmond Jazz and Blues Festival in '68. I saw him a few times after that and bought all his records. What a performer!

  • Fantastic!! I had taped that with a mike and my little Grundig cassette recorder on a Kodak tape back in 1970 when the show was on TV. So glad to have it on video with the original sound. High five, man!

  • Hd fail!

  • blues suck

  • i want that shirt

  • He is amazing. I love blues and rock .Awesome post. Laura

  • This is from an episode of pop deux. I saw this the first time it was uploaded, I think by someone else, i was the first view as a matter of fact and wept. The only other Duster footage I know of is from the film Supershow and then only as a body on stage playing harmonica, and hes not included in the credits. Does anyone know of any footage, or bootleg recordings? I'd love to know if there is.

  • You can bet that that is his own Orange p.a. system.....I love Duster Bennett and Juke Boy Bonner and a man called John Gottin.Vive les one man bands

  • Love the history here : widely acclaimed,'earlier style' bluesman doing his thing, with John Mayall setting up.in the background to play his 'later style'. blues. Thanks for posting. Enjoyed in Australia. All the best, Greg.
