When i was playing basket ball i jumped and landed so awkwardly that I did the acl in both of my knees that the tendons actually pierced through the bone and skin of my knee, and it went straight into both of my eyes. Now im blind and ill never walk again, but i still play basket ball on a regular basis.

If you ever thought of your ligament or a part of your leg like a rubber band, just imagine it being twisted or stretched so sharply that it snaps -> cue screaming, agonizing pain.
Jabster..the ACL is not a muscle under the knee. It is a ligament connecting the anterior portion of the tibia (lower leg bone) to the posterior portion of the femur (upper leg bone).

I'm in cuz i tore ACL, MCL, and meniscus. there was something like, bone problems too not sure what. did that opening kickoff of our first football game of the season. been in out of surgery for 3 months and am going to be released beginning of january, which certifies me as badass
