What you just said was totally irrelevant from what actually happened. Neighbor, and Walshy couldn't mesh with each other. They thought it was because their relationship as friends. So they doing stuff together. It really didn't work out, at all, so they knew they had to get rid of Walshy, or Neighbor, they couldn't get along at all. So when Shockwave called Walshy one night, Walshy knew he had an offer from CbN. So he just left on his own. They basically had teamwork issues, nothing else.

After Meafows, when Ogre 1 played for The Incredibles, ManTrain and I talked to Ogre 1 about Halo, and how it can't carry you through life, it just doesn't pay enough. At the stage Ogre 1 was out, he was going a little down hill. So we convinced him to just go to college, so he's studying in Austrailia now, and we are trying to do the same convincing with Ogre 2. Believe me or not, its true.

Depends how you put it as. Individually, Ogre 2 has more skill, but Ogre 1 has had more leadership, and doesn't complain as much. Teamwork, or decision making, even positioning skills, I'd have to say Ogre 2 as well. But when you round it all up together, I'll probably say Ogre 2.
