Thanks. Finally got it. The tabs available for this song are completely wrong. The only thing I do different after practicing it for a while is that I started using my thumb on the E string. My thumb is already hanging there (too much mostly failed effort to play Hendrix!) plus it's easier for me to mute the A string that way. Anyway, good work and thanks!
