I play the rapid background portion of this piece in my head, when I'm trying to suppress some good tyme oldie that's trying to play in my head (you know, like when you have to go into the grocery store, and hours later realize you've memorized 'Sittin' on the Dock of the Bay'...oh, the pain...). Now, I think you've made the Blade Runner melody accessible. Thank you. After listening to this a few times, I think I'll have a multi-layered ear poison antidote.
