Good of you to put the video on here.. I have my own I have created for product training purposes. But that is no where near enough lube being put on the deck of the tread. That is a 509ml can and I use only this one myself due to properties of it being very good for Treadmill use and have for years but at a minimum you need 50ml (liquid.. no hydrocarbon) per lubrication which is about a 30-45 second contiual spray in the main area of impact (I have emptied the can into a cup to test)

Silicone spray in a can is garbage the propellant in the can affects the silicone. Use liquid silicone and get close to 99% pure. Much better!

What you say is true; however, all silicon sprays are diluted, have additives and actually evaporate quicker than pure silicon. Treadmill belt lube kits can be bought at most sporting good stores as for a professional repair tech, you can purchase a gallon of pure silicon on line since the good stuff is quite expensive.
