  • Mabuchi splashed the pot and the penalty for that is getting beat with quad aces by a royal flush.

  • would like to see the hole hand. How much did mabuchi raise pre flop?

  • and I wouldve went all in 2.699 billion other times too.

  • this guy needs to wear a real shirt.

  • must have been a tough call

  • hahahahaha "Gamble"......FAIL !

  • Why does he have to go all in like a douche??

  • @greenboarder89

oh yeah what a douche. should've folded the quads.

    idiot.

  • @YesIAmThatCoolBitch im not saying he shouldve folded, im saying the way he went all in was pretty douchey, why does he have to throw the chips everywhere?

  • @greenboarder89

    lol okay

  • @greenboarder89 He was probably just excited as fuck that he had 4 aces and a guy bettin into him. I was at a final table once at the casino with pocket aces and had a raiser in front of me. I was debatin on whether to smooth call or re-raise and the dude to my right is muttering and contemplating moving all in. I'm hoping and praying he does, I immediately call and almost turned my cards over, completely forgetting there was another player. He called too and they both had Kings.

  • I would have folded quads xD

  • Im trying to think of a bet to that table that would make me fold quad aces. Trip aces were strong on the table up to the river and a strong bet off the river would almost always make me think nut flush (it was the third diamond to the board and if the wife-beater guy had the King flush then quads are the only possible beat). Basically id never expect suited non connectors to hold out until the river versus properly bet trip aces.

tl/dr: Id have lost all my money lol

  • If this happen to phil hellmuth the table no longer will be here :D

  • @BeeeehTot11 the table? the world!!!! ;-)

  • Can't believe he went all in with Quad Aces what a donk idiot. Easy lay down.

  • honey, he called with a royal flush, omg

  • It's not a bad beat - commentator and poster clearly don't know what a "bad beat" is. A bad beat is when you get your chips in with the best hand, but your opponent hits a lucky card (or worse, runner-runner) to crack your strong hand eg AA vs KK all-in pre-flop, or 99 vsJT on T93 flop and all the chips go in then Q, 8 run out for the straight to crack the set runner-runner style.

This is a horrible cooler, of course you can't lay down quads to a straight flush (or in this case Royal Flush).

  • @ApprenticeGM actually a bad beat is also when you lose with quads or straight flush!!

  • @hanzshanks No, it's not. The point of a "bad beat" is that you got your chips in "good", that is you were ahead or a favourite, but then your opponent drew a lucky card to beat you.

This video is the definition of a "cooler" where you have a very strong hand but lose to an even stronger hand. If all the money went in pre-flop, sure it would have been a bad beat - but it didn't, and once the flop came down, the pocket aces / top set were behind to the straight, and stil behind quads vs RF.

  • @ApprenticeGM i know what a cooler is but when the hand is as big as four of a kind or straigh flush it is considered a bad beat because the odds of your hand been beaten are close to 0. These commentators have played poker and commentated poker for years im pritty sure they know what they are talking about.

  • @hanzshanks HanzHanks you still clearly don't understand what a cooler is vs a bad beat. " . . considered a bad beat because the odds of your hand been beaten are close to 0" - it's not what the odds are of a hand being beaten, it's how far ahead one hand was to the other WHEN THE CHIPS GO IN, and then the hand that was behind sucking out. By definition if all the chips go in after the river it's not a bad beat. AA vs KK all-in pf and AA losing - bad beat. AA vs KK on AKK flop all-in - cooler.

  • Justin Phillips won't have the shirt off his back after getting that royal flush. lol

  • how do you even THINK about laying down quad aces? even if you're almost certain you're beat, you still can't lay em' down. you would probably just put the guy on the nut flush. if you laid down quads to just the nut flush, you'd never be able to live with yourself.

  • 2.7 BILLION CHANCE! FUCK ME!

  • typical fish.

  • @kev37davies don't tell me YOU wouldn't have gone all in with quad bullets.

  • 0:28

  • techno vikingggg

  • big bad beat!!

  • sum1 answer this question pls? why is it when im a 98% favourite on the turn a dude rivers me with a 2% chance of hittin his card this fukin happens alot. But if I was rele ill and went to the doctors and they sed u only have a 2% chance of livin and 98% chance of dyin then how come i wont live wiv my 2% chance no 1 will live wiv a 2% chance. So why is a donk allowed 2 beat me wiv a 2% chance? disgrace

  • i folded royal flush once .. well i didnt have all 5 cards yet ^^ just 2 in hand 1 in flop .. was battling a guy with street('eventually) but he went all in, i folded, other guy continues .. then i see turn and river ... GF ME

  • warum heisst das hier bad beat???

  • Greg Raymer should have his own show...lol.

  • Can't quite think of a harsher scenario. I guess a Royal vs. Straight Flush, but something about quad A's and the Royal in a wife beater at the Main Event with Romano watching seems pretty tough. And yes, Mr Gifted, Hellmuth would need to be bailed out if those were his Aces.

  • Why would you ever fold a royal flush? It is the highest hand in poker.

  • I would have fold, why nobody believe me :(

  • @yeyoremix And nobody believe me I would have fold the royal flush!

  • phil hellmuth would have went on a killing spree!

  • @MrGifted92 yeah with the ships throwing them like shurikens at everybody around

  • pokerview is open to us players as well

  • wwwwwwooooowwww

  • ray romano"there is nothing more ultimate than that" lol

  • wupload.com/file/2104856 download 37 pokerbooks

  • everybody loves reymond

  • It's actually 1 in 439 million.

  • @jazzdrum You are correct for the scenario in the video. It would be 1 in 439 million. For any combinations where 4 aces would lose to a royal flush, it would be roughly 1 in 164 million if I did the math correctly. I got 1 in 439 million like you did though and was impressed that you got that

  • love the redneck, what a horribal card for you

  • That's why its called poker people , an especially being a tournament player, and cash game player... Poker at any given time can fuck u over in a sec or make you the happiest person on earth.. I'v seen some crazy hands in my day but , to lose on something like quad aces , to the royal flush draw on flop, turn river , crazy, again the chances are astronomical....."""

  • pokerview accepts us players very good reliable site

  • instafold right there

  • ONE IN 2.7BILLION!!!!!!!!!!

  • that ginger guy is such a piece of shit

    white trash sucker

  • Man these rigged sites should be banned!!

  • UNFUCKINGBELIEBABLE

  • Now that's a bad beat. And a heck of a story to tell.

  • last but not least, the japanese guy looks like he just about fainted, as he tries to stumble away... hahahah...

  • more weirdness... did he confuse ray romano with greg 'raymer' lol wtf. he's like pointing at ray and calling him raymer...

  • Comment removed

  • Whenever I feel like I got a bad beat... I just have to watch this video.

  • Id kill myself haha

  • press 4 over and over

  • if this happened in a home game, theres gonna be fistacuffs

  • Wow, buddy was acting like a tool when he was talking to Ray. Should really try to dress in something nicer then a wifebeater when going on live TV too. As for the hand it was pretty wow.

  • @Aeonian199 Ray wasn't even paying attention to the guy lol

  • @lg123xyz watching this again, this hand is all kinds of weird, no one splashes the pot anymore either (throwing the chips all over the place) its considered bad etiquette.

  • Thumbs up if you are tired of that guy spamming for the pokersite napster.no. Where you get your money back if someone suck out on you.

  • i would have shot myself right then and there.

  • Everybody here saying they've folded quad kinds are fucking dumb and scrub poker players first of all you don't fold quad jacks, queens, kings or aces... you just don't do it.

  • @Dupstepfreakah And what if u had K-K then the

    flop K spade -10 diamonds - J diamonds

    Turn Q Diamonds

    River K diamonds

    in 10 players table .

U raise with ur poker of kings , and they fall , and the other player reraise all in .

A diamond or 9 diamond kill u , could u fold ur poker kings????

  • @anarchygod that didnt happen tho

  • i have folded quad aces 5 times before.

  • This video was presented to you by mountain dew!

  • i once folded 4 kings to a pair of jacks...god i suck :-(

  • @corkguy09 u fukin mongaloid

  • @07879136988 ...i know guy i know :-(

  • @corkguy09 lol

  • yesterday in online poker ....

  • Please stop spamming about slow playing aces because watch carefully the board philips flops double gutshot probably called some bet one the flop then he turns straight so no chance of folding that one

  • Why He Didnt killed the dealer !?

  • i would have knocked over that table if i had four Aces and lost.

  • pfff. that's easy fold for me.

  • i wonder how they played the turn !

  • Thats NOT a Bad Beat.

  • @Megadeth502

    you are retarded

  • Comment removed

  • It's no bad beat when you're already behind when the money goes in!

  • shouldn't have let him get there playing aces slow like that

  • @groupbreaker lie..you wouldn't muck 4 aces. its easy to say it when you watch this clip. but if you have that in person, you playing it to the end. please keep it real foo...

  • no bad beat jackpot????

  • no bad beat jackpot????

  • this fuckin hillbilly got some horny chicken for this money....

    i like mabuchi :(

  • @groupbreaker -yeah and alcoholics can easily not drink either-the day someone fols for aces is when they are in the grave.

  • @JIMNNICKY folds four not fols for

  • foradordem listen: he dosent loose on turn he can do a full house and philips still on the straight . . . . . learn the rules ur fucking idiot

  • Hmmm. It's the main event, I may be on television. I know, I'll throw on my wife beater.

  • quad aces is your last hand in the main event

  • another slow play hand AA.. he lost all on turn, remmember that.

  • did MABUCHI just say gamble??? I got ROYAL FLUSHED on before. My friend had hearts royal flushed at the river and I hit House KINGS

  • luckiest win ever v=qZaYNJUVRE0 =O

  • His nipples are hard lol.

  • @ba3cool

  • yeah ... should of pushed at the flop but its tough when you are trying get more chips but think he still might not call ,,,, bad bad luck its like my luck on pokerstars

  • No, a Royal Flush is a Straight Flush but beginning with an Ace. It's pretty much Ace, King, Queen, Jack, and a 10. A Straight Flush is without an Ace.

  • @TheIvyX yes it does. It starts with royal flush, straight flush and then 4 of a kind. Straight flush could be with anything as long as its with the same colour.

  • @groupbreaker who did the bad call the guy with 4 aces? are you nuts? NO ONE folds 4 of a kind.. its almost a rule of poker... lol of course there was a ROYAL FLUSH draw But that hand is almost impossible to deal so he can go with the quads wich is the 2nd best hand ESPECIALY aces--

  • @grimm6jack

doesn't straight flush beat 4 of a kind?

  • @danielyeh yes but so what did i say wrong?

    1st best hand: STRAIGHT flush

    2nd: Four of a Kind

Royal Flush is a straight flush ace high...

  • @Bloodynager Of course to get a royal flush you need 5 right cards and quad aces you only need 4

  • @lcbp2009 That has nothing to do with anything....3 of a kind beats 2 pair...and you need less cards to make 3oak....it just comes down to odds...it has nothing to do with the amount of cards.

  • omg see the look on his face when he turned over quads lol

  • poker stars irl

  • WHAT??!! A ROYAL FLUSH IS BETTER THAN THE POKER OF ACES??!!

    O.O

  • i would also stumble out there if i loose this way...i mean you have one time wuad aces and then you loose!!!ITS INCREDIBLE!

  • thats probably the worst beat ive ever seen....no one would fold quad aces idc who u r

  • wooooooooooooow wooooooooooooooooooow woooooooooooooooooow

  • I'd be so pissed losing to a royal flush after having 4 aces

  • @jwang604 stfu realy ...

  • @jwang604

It was not his fault at all

he did exactly what he was supposed to do

  • @jwang604 honestly, shut up. if EVERY person in the WORLD got into pairs and played one hand heads up, this would only happen 3 times. if someone raises you the same way phillips did, are you honestly going to put him on a royal??? man, ur too tight

  • @jwang604

you are a trash talker. if you just call this instead of raising, you have no place in poker.

  • @jwang604

Would you REALLY put someone on a royal flush? The probability of this happening is MICROSCOPIC! You have quad aces, and someone raises you. No way youre folding.

  • Comment removed

  • @Maxnned you don't know..you simply don't know...the chinese guy might thought the other guy was bluffing or simply had a flush.....you hardly ever expect a royal flush...

  • I wouldnt mind this beat at all, id be fascinated to have been in what is pretty much a miracle, and go down in poker history on video.... and to have met Raymond! Bet that dealers like uuuh dont touch me sweaty man Ill have to go to the dry cleaners now

  • ginger lucker!

  • 1. I didn't know casino's even let people sit at their tables without a shirt on.

    2. If this were a cash game, everybody at this table would be making good money off the jackpot.

    3. Mabuchi's sigh @ 0:43 is what I sound like after getting cold decked every night on internet poker

  • Adjust title.

    It's a cooler, not a bad beat.

  • Hellmuth would've laid that down.

  • worst river xD

  • He was dead on the turn. By then he's got a set of Aces and the other guy hit his straight. No matter what someone was going broke on that hand.

  • he already had a straight dumb ass.

  • Yes...on the turn...LIKE I SAID, genius.

  • Yes...ON THE TURN. As I said.

  • @mcintosh182 Straight and Flush board, yet Masuchi would go broke no matter what?

Decent players don't overplay Top Set on that board like they got the nuts mate.

River was just horrible for him

  • @mcintosh182

how was he dead on the turn?? he could hit a full house u donk...

every other card but the ace u donk

  • bad beat jackpot. =o

  • oh cool i didnt know ray romano played poker!

  • Even if this was staged, there is still a possibility of it happening, no matter what poker outcome happens, fake or not, it is possible it could happen, I managed to set up a deck so that there was 6 players, 3 players get full house, one gets quads, one gets a straight flush and one gets a royal flush in the same hand. If anyone wants to know how i set it up, please ask. But the probability of it happening is 1 in over a 100 quadrillion, but it is still possible of it happening.

  • @Nick100895 can you tell me how plz??

  • @PlochpReborn

    Q (dmnds), J (dmnds), 10 (dmnds), J (spds), 8 (hrts)

In order of highest to lowest:

    1: Ace King diamonds

    2: 9 8 diamonds

    3: Double Jacks

    4: Double Queens

    5: Double 10

    6: Double 8

the river card and the 6th hand can be swapped for any other available cards, do long they are of all the same rank.

  • horrible

  • hahaha bad luck

  • actually every single hand u play it's a 1 every 2.7 billion happening u know. U can't have 2 equal hands happening between that range. The fact it's a 4 of a kind getting beaten by a royal flush doesn't change anything. The order of the cards in every hands followed by the hands of the players it's almost impossible to be exaclty the same in less than 2.7 billion. So this hand it's just another normal hand.

  • All you have done is twisted the maths, you see a pair of aces beat a pair of kings a lot more than 1 in 2.7 billion times, they are talking about the hands not the cards dealt so it isn't just another normal hand at all....

  • yes, but it is just tht the improbabiliy of he cards being linked.. is quite a feat.

  • He hugs the dealer - that says it all.

    Clearly rigged.

  • this is the reason why they ban rednecks with their stinky shirts?

This kind of shit reminds me of Jokerstars always happens shit like this lol.

  • @Maxpaumen lol iv only been playing 4 months on pokerstars and iv seen this trust me it was crack up 4 aces and other guy royal flush different suits but same deal.

  • @Maxpaumen lol yea seen it on pstars 2 weeks ago and iv onlybeen playing 4months on there, 4 aces vs royal flush

  • bla bla

  • Probably more chance of a rigged deck than this happening

  • I LOVE RAYMOR.

  • If Mabuchi would have pushed all in after the flop, Phillips would have folded. That's what you get for slow playing an easily dominated hand with that board. At that point, even a straight would have dominated.

  • he had a gutshot on the flop and made his straight on the turn. but that A of diamond was his money card even if there was a straight out there. just happened to get beat by a royal flush on the river.

  • who knows that ? maybe the red haired guy is a donk and played the gutshot on the flop but thats a really bad way to lose

  • 0:45 Uuuuum!Hilarious

  • lol this guy just got his 1 minute of fame

  • lol at all the ppl who say its an easy lay down for quads. now we know who to play against in poker to make easy money. :)

  • You clearly have no knowledge of poker

rodvette23, nobody can lay that down.

  • i see this everdya on jokerstars, its impossble to beat donks on that

  • Holy God, WORST BEAT EVER!

  • no one folds 4 of a kind

  • omg

  • this is nothing i lost with straight flush 3 years ago. I flopped one actually. everyone limped in i was bb called 5/6 suited of course...flop 7/8/9 unfortunately he had j/10 yea wasnt pretty, thought he had ace high flush as he betting into me. i was wrong. and yea i am glutton for punishment still play if 1 in 2.7 billion odds for this wonder what odds are to lose with straight flush.

  • actually no one cares about your comment.

first of all this is the wsop and second of all its recorded, douche!
