Wood shavings have a higher dust content than Carefresh bedding, which is what is being used in this cage. As a matter of fact, Cedar bedding is considered toxic to small animals and should never be used.
People sneeze, and sometimes hamsters sneeze too. Even my horse sneezes. Its a normal body function. My ham sneezes all the time, and he's on fleece due to allergies. =/
