there's a video showing how they debunked this. they managed to get it to look identical to this. the only problem i saw was that there was no movement when they launched it. it just floated in the sky like a kite. it looked the same though. i don't know now...they're debunking kinda made me believe this might be real. i mean, this thing has fluid spinning movement and it doesn't waver with the wind like the kite did.

este video é falso, no dia 07 de agosto passou uma materia na tv, é uma pipa que fica a uns 300 metros do chão ai entao ele coloca isso ae no ar, tambem vou dizer o que liga as luzes, é simplesmente uma bateria de celular, mas na entrevista ele nao fala o segredo para fazer o objeto girar, entao este video é falso..............

Witness 3 is from a different sighting, in Limeira in 2009. Is not the same as the one from July 23rd 2011. It would be a good suggestion for you to correct the video.

Short sections of footage, no footage of it flying away, this alone makes it suspicious. This was supposedly recorded from different viewers and "30 other people saw the alleged UFO" but no original sound and no shots of the surroundings... In short, rubbish.

The toy kites I've seen people give as the "explanation" for this object don't look anything like this, they look like kites with LEDs which run along the spokes, which this doesn't have. They also can't rotate, and would be bouncing around and going left to right, not flying like this thing does.
So no, it's not a kite.

It's Sikorsky outfitted with rotor blade lights, which is why the pilot keeps tilting the rotor towards the camera for maximum visual effect. At night, you can't see the outline of the chopper which is also obscured by the blue floods attached to the hull. Looks cool, though.
