  • Paul,

    1. You added one teaspoon of a mixture of dried carrots, tumeric and marigold to your butter. Were they in equal amounts in the mixture?

    2. Do you sell the mixture in your store?

    Thanks for the info!

  • @bitbybug I added them in equal parts but you can ratio them out any portion you want depending on how and what you are trying to achieve---so tweak it

yes i sell the raw materials but you can make them as well

  • Unhomogenized means no blending of the fat and watery milk. It doesn't mean it was never heated. Pasteurized milk is the norm. Homogenization is optional but is normally done in supermarket milk. Homogenization makes the particles so small that if you got a leaky gut, the milk will get into the body and cause autoimmune disease. Heating the milk breaks the cystein bonds and makes it unable to be changed into glutathione, the master antioxidant, by the body. Thus, supermarket milk is a disaster.

  • @deenie1219 rating of the fat from the milk so all you get is cooked sugar /protein liquid which is glycated and as a result indigestible and if it leaks through the gut you have issue---

  • My! To think how many pounds of home-milked Jersey Cow butter I churned by hand! We had one of those mixers like you use, too! Darn!

  • This is the worst example of how to make butter of ALL the youtube video's on the subject. What's with the chopsticks....go watch other videos!

  • @ptms1232 mmm first critique trhat has been negative---congrats

  • hi tony, i think you made a minor error in your statement that the cream you had was not homoginized, therefore it didn't go through the process of being heated. The process of heating milk (to destroy bacteria, and all of the other good things in milk along with it) is called pasturization, not homogenization. All store-bought dairy products have been pasturized. Well, the ones that I've been able to find have! good luck finding unpasturized milk at a supermarket!

  • @werkerbeesue I think I said it was un homegenized and therefore thefat is in it and you can get cream unpasteurized---but the stuff I did have was pasteurized not homeginized --homegiztaon strips the fat and that is whay I was elated with the cream

  • Ive made this with kids at church, we put it in glass mason jars and then had them roll and shake them for a good 1/2 hr.... then let the jars sit for a half hour... the liquid comes to the top and the butter stays on the bottom.. poor the liquid off and there ya go!

  • @Sweetmurry AWESOME!!!!! Great Idea as well

    Thumbs UP!!!

  • How much butter, coconut oil or coconut cream do you recommend per day to lose body mass? And how much iodine did you put in the butter? Thanks!

  • @4change17 as much as you like add to it iodine or even a pepper/green tea regimen --should see an impact
