I don't know about that, man. Check out teetotaler John Dunsworth playing a drunk by the name of Jim Lahey on Trailer Park Boys, keeping in mind that a lot of his lines are improvised. Seems to me that playing a convincing drunk or simpleton could be rather difficult? To be fair, I'm no actor so I could be wrong.
Then the person breaks through a wall like the Kool-Aid man, leaving the room crumbling down on you in retaliation for your futile attempt at disrupting the pill's working.
Being unhappy with the lack of corners the victim becomes very sad. This sends him back to the depressed stage, causing a loop until a corner presents itself.
Anyone know where i can find the sketch where they are a theological group discussing whether the bible is an affront to our lord Monty Python and his work Life of Brian?
5. For the best kind of banquet, being sick in the best thing to do. The idea of vomiting all over the table implies that you would like to eat it all again because it was so nice.
Incidentally the Le Comte de Frou Frou is a name that reappears in an episode of Black Adder the Third, I think it was the 3rd episode with the Scarlet Pimpernel.
Ah le conte de Frou Frou - who is to make a return five years later in 1987 in Black Adder 3 - the French revolution programme. Only he changes his nationality.
Good stuff, but for me laugh tracks are akin to someone shoving a screwdriver in your left eye while you're trying to watch.

Atkinson is such a great actor, yet he is best known to play an idiot… A shame!

@ThatGuyFromAustria
Isn't that the hardest thing for an actor to play, though, an idiot...or a drunk?
lesterclaypool1 8 months ago
@lesterclaypool1, no, it is the cheapest thing to do.

I want the script!!!!
Especially of that Belgian count's scene
There are a few words I can't understand in Rowan's lines
But I'm a South Korean 12th grade student(not British) who's still sticking in my country, so I can't get it on my own.

cybitz159 3 years ago
Entire lines of the scene 'Le Comte de Frou Frou', which's about the Belgian table manners
hugh0221 3 years ago
So you want the entire sketch or just Frou Frou's lines?
cybitz159 3 years ago
Just Frou Frou's, please
hugh0221 3 years ago
OK, because I can't find an actual transcript here are all his lines in simplified english or the easiest way to phrase it.
1st: You may think it is weird, but to us it is normal.
2nd: A happy guest will burp at the end of the meal to show his gratitude.
3. If at any point in the meal, a guest farts, it is counted as a very good meal. Whether it is loud or quiet, the host will know you like it.
4. That is an unlikely idea for Belgium.

4. Not a very likely contingency in Belgium.

The "Ploughman's Lunch" was invented in the 1960s by the UK Milk Marketing Board in an effort to increase cheese sales.

Ah! that rings bells with me, but why the G Chaucer credit?? :-o that's more like the 1360s
