  • Good stuff, but for me laugh tracks are akin to someone shoving a screwdriver in your left eye while you're trying to watch.

  • Atkinson is such a great actor, yet he is best known to play an idiot… A shame!

  • @ThatGuyFromAustria

Isn't that the hardest thing for an actor to play, though, an idiot...or a drunk?

  • @lesterclaypool1, no, it is the cheapest thing to do.

  • @ThatGuyFromAustria

I don't know about that, man. Check out teetotaler John Dunsworth playing a drunk by the name of Jim Lahey on Trailer Park Boys, keeping in mind that a lot of his lines are improvised. Seems to me that playing a convincing drunk or simpleton could be rather difficult? To be fair, I'm no actor so I could be wrong.

  • oh, i love how he touches his knee:)))

  • Breaking wind...0ax0xa0ax0ax0xa00x0x0x0aa0x0xa0

  • Judging by the Mel's hair this must be a send up of of the Holiday programme with Cliff Michelmore.

  • I don't get the Glee one... anyone?

  • @MissGeek2000always Wipe round the rim of the bowl...u-bend. It's a toilet cleaner that he's cleaned his teeth with,

  • @stuigi99 lmao, thanks

  • this is excellent

  • This is great but so is the Belgian food. The best in Europe!

  • ha, Le comte De Frou Frou returns!

  • love Blackadder 3-the scarlet pimpernel

What if you give the suicide pill to someone in a completely round room?!

  • Then the person breaks through a wall like the Kool-Aid man, leaving the room crumbling down on you in retaliation for your futile attempt at disrupting the pill's working.

  • @TapeMeasureandhair

Being unhappy with the lack of corners the victim becomes very sad. This sends him back to the depressed stage, causing a loop until a corner presents itself.

  • Rowan Atkinson saying "Small potatoes" is one of the creepiest things I've ever heard.

  • 2:25...rotflmao!!! Look at Mel's face!!!

  • Can anyone please upload Rowan Atkinson's Barry Manilow piss-take?

  • I love the hospital sketch, I can remember when it was first broadcast....

  • Anyone know where i can find the sketch where they are a theological group discussing whether the bible is an affront to our lord Monty Python and his work Life of Brian?

  • Just search for Not the Nine O Clock - it should be one of the first.

  • Ah, the look on Griff's face when Rowan orders the ploughman's lunch! :)

  • i love frou frou so much.. him and pierre that talks about the phallic power of London.. theyre my favourites

  • The deluxe model is the one with the real pubic hair...

  • small potatoes

  • I love the intro...

"I appear... to be in the wrong court room"

  • I want the script!!!!

Especially of that Belgian count's scene

There are a few words I can't understand in Rowan's lines

But I'm a South Korean 12th grade student(not British) who's still sticking in my country, so I can't get it on my own.

    I need your help

  • Please...help me, Ladies & Gentlemen

  • What do you need help with?

  • Entire lines of the scene 'Le Comte de Frou Frou', which's about the Belgian table manners

  • So you want the entire sketch or just Frou Frou's lines?

  • Just Frou Frou's, please

  • OK, because I can't find an actual transcript here are all his lines in simplified english or the easiest way to phrase it.

1st: You may think it is weird, but to us it is normal.

2nd: A happy guest will burp at the end of the meal to show his gratitude.

    3. If at any point in the meal, a guest farts, it is counted as a very good meal. Whether it is loud or quiet, the host will know you like it.

    4. That is an unlikely idea for Belgium.

  • 5. For the best kind of banquet, being sick in the best thing to do. The idea of vomiting all over the table implies that you would like to eat it all again because it was so nice.

  • 4. Not a very likely contingency in Belgium.

  • Incidentally the Le Comte de Frou Frou is a name that reappears in an episode of Black Adder the Third, I think it was the 3rd episode with the Scarlet Pimpernel.

  • Yep! Excellent performance too from Tim McInnery.

  • Which words you don't understand?

  • Kick ass British comedy.

  • Ahhh silly brits. I love thems ;0

  • That glee ad had me in stitches..

  • Whatever happend to good old humour. Ahhh, bring it back.

  • I like how they credited that old joke to Geoffrey Chaucer! :D

  • The "Ploughman's Lunch" was invented in the 1960s by the UK Milk Marketing Board in an effort to increase cheese sales.

  • Ah! that rings bells with me, but why the G Chaucer credit?? :-o that's more like the 1360s

  • Ah le conte de Frou Frou - who is to make a return five years later in 1987 in Black Adder 3 - the French revolution programme. Only he changes his nationality.

  • I thought I'd heard that name somewhere else. It was the Frech aristocrat wasn't it?

  • That's right - the one who turned out to be the Scarlet Pimpernell!

  • excellent - thank you!
