I have a big tube of Arnica Gel next to me right now and it's amaaaazing. I have 2-3 spider bites and it's helped with the swelling and the redness has faded. My sister had lipo and she put this all over her bruises and we literally could see fading within a few hours. In fact, her doctor was the one who gave her a prescription for Arnica pills but she liked the on-the-spot gel better.

@NancyToday I know. I actually ended up having to go to the hospital a while ago but wow did it help and my sister got addicted to this stuff b/c it helped her so much. I put it on my face and I noticed that it helped with my redness.

LOL !!!! Should be a song "Foot in the Sky !" ~ Seriously now, a TREE fell on your foot ??? The bruise does look terrible ~ Thanks for getting the word out about Arnice gel ~ my friend used it along with the Arnice beads to clear up a black eye in record time !! Swelling and bruising kept to a minimum !!!!

lol you can get arnice beads to use under your tongue, its more effectice I have them in my mouth right now they work very well.
