Rhodesia was prosperous under Capitalism. Now it is the National Socialist country of ''ZIMBABWE. Is that what Argentinians are longing for? The UN embraces National Socialism. Zimbabwe was created under the encouragement of the AP and the UN.. Of course 'the people' must all be disarmed first. Capitalists are unfair. Zimbabwe is fair and Equal...sort of.
Argentina have corruption and the government is useless... la verdad es que es un país que tiene la necesidad de madurar para crecer, no crecerá sin madurez política !!
They want to export everything leaving nothing for the local market..and what they do leave is at a high price. Government should regulate the exports because at the end the people will benefit from this.
You should be more informed about the consecuences and why the Gov. did that instead of put your opinion so lightly.
Taxes for soya where already at 35%, decided only by the president because of her "superpowers". 33% is considered confiscatory.
Also, the money wasn't for the people, was for THEIR pockets: presidential matrimony and friends; and for buying more votes for the next elections (subsidies, protests, unions, etc.)
Well, it would be very difficult to prove that she is pocketing tax money, maybe not.
But as you just confirmed, it is about greed. But greed at every level, not just govt officials, theirs happens to simply be more visible.
If Argentina wants to become like Zwitzerland, they need to follow their govt model, not that of the US. As i have seen it, Argentina is modeling the us behaviors, which will not work because of population discrepancies. This is why can find bargain new shirts for $1.
Argentina being a tremendously beautiful nation, there seem to be little appeciation for what they have. And if in the name of money they destroy the land, so be it. It seems that it all comes down to the government policies.
Having lived in Argentina, i can say for sure that government policies are a problem. And the clases in this country also insists on greed. Unfortunately the farmers too have fallen in this trap. The "haves" (both in the government and private sectors) want to keep a standard of living comparable to the foreign wealthy. Argentinians do not seem to understand that their population is too low for such dreams. For example, the US has been prosperous because of its large population.
There is a vid in my channel that shows how the argentinean government sent people to burn the farmers´ fields in response to the protest. Take a look.

No--the Socialists are definately deliberately destroying the production of Argentina-
That has been Argentina's and most of Latin America's dilemma for years-
Their "brain-washed" against the Gringos-causes their Government to steal from the people-
Right, Left, Center; Liberal, Conservator--in Latin America is isalways "Authoritarian" and the Government takes their Cut, or the producer is out-
If the Producer cuts a deal with their Proxy Partner, you have a lease until Next Government --

Aha... so, what about Luxemburg or Switzerland?
Think twice...

These are socialist countries (not communist, to make a distinction).

besides, the exchange rate in these countries you mention is much better than that of Argentina's, giving more purchasing power or import.
