This is definitely a French group. Saw a video of the same band with the girl singing Ray Charles "What'd I Say" in French. It was On Demand under the channel Something Weird (check out their site, they have all sorts of rare film on DVD from back in the day).
Woah!! What a fantastic instrumental and a really stylish video. Love the different depths from foreground to shadow. Best thing I've found on You Tube in a long time. Thanks for the great post.
No not Sylvie , a look alike .The band is Guitars Diable, they did a version of PERCOLATOR too.
The song is Lecon Twist , the biggest European twist record of it's time .
